Kids on XBL/PSN/Online-Your stories here!

Post stories here of your annoying/funny/both stories of the annoying kids of Xbox Live (or PSN)

I was inspired to make this thread after having something like this happen earlier today. A kid in the Halo 3 Rumble Pit lobby asked everyone to help him get the Overkill achievement. Everyone told him that you can only get it in Lone Wolves. We argued with him about it for the whole game. He said that Lone Wolves and Rumble Pit are the same thing. I explained that our game was social, Lone Wolves is ranked. Despite 15 minutes of everyone versus him, on the argument anyway, he just wouldn't give up.

I look forward to seeing what you guys post, as I rarely encounter these kids.

Oh, and this vid made me lol irl.

Somehow this kid got on my friends list, so I'm playing Halo Forge, trying to make a fully working semi-batting cage/field for baseball gametype. I set it up, Double box field, with a launcher at one end, and a small hole at the other, to recieve a missed ball. I was almost done it until..

"HEY! WHATS UP!" In this really high voice, that would break glass.

"Holy Crap, dude. Get out. You are hurting my ears"

"So, its only you!"

I boot him, and change to Invite only.

So, I finish my map, adding the walls, and changing the ball return system and area where you spawn, so that they both just use one Mancannon system. The walls, Perfect. I even was able to make foul lines, and a cool fireworks thing if you get the ball in the right spot.

I check for faults, in a new game a few days later. He joins again, but quickly quits.

I go, invite a few friends to see this, and they say they already saw it... From the noob.

So, in the end, all my hard work has went and made a noob semi-cool. This is why I don't trust noobs anymore.

Ugh, don't make me choose just 1. There are so many morons on XBL, picking a single moron story is near impossible.

If I could do it, you can too.

Alright, just for you though

I'd rather choose a type of annoying story rather than an individual one. I'd have to say when you get those little kids who scream/sing/yell into their mic for an entire game. Either that or those people who won't mute their mic when having a personal conversation in the room.

"Did you pick up the groceries? No, we didn't need any bananas. No, I'll fix the tire on the wheel barrow tomorrow. But Jimmy doesn't get out of jail until Thursday. We can get some more ice cream bars before then. No. Ok. Yeah, I'll do that tomorrow." Etc. (Props to whoever knows where that's from). Why can't they just mute their mic?

You know what? My friend wanted a Wii, and so 2 years ago we were joking (We were on a Road Trip with School) and we stopped off at a gas station, my friend got off saying "I need to use the bathroom."

Now, the joke is... He had to take a Wii

Beats other jokes like "Hey.. want to come home to me and play with my wii". Very funny and mature as well on the same time, wonderful.

Nope, Sorry. I'm not him... Though I think it may be my friend, whom you haven't met on Xbox Live.

What's wrong with that video? He's screaming because he's getting raped by his dog, not because of the game. Right?

wtf, we can't quote more then 3 quotes at once? stupid.

I'z Know about the quotes. Its bad planning there!

Oh, and yea. Hes being raped, not screaming about the game

  • 1 month later...

On PSN some guy kept making beat box noises whenever he got a kill on cod4. Then some guy told him to STFU because he was actually just mortaring all the time with frag x3 and ahd more deaths than kills. Then he stabbed him in retalliation,(this was hardcore), when he had a 6 kill streak, so everyone teamkilled him as soon as they saw him, and then made beat box noises.

I was with my friend a year or two ago and some eight year old was playing Call of Duty 3 with him (we were at a LAN place). I joined, and we made him cry.

I don't face kids or [wagon] very much, but I play games with better communities. But when I do, I usually torture them. Make them kill me, "accidentally" not tell them our car is on fire. Those sorts of things.

catch it now so you can like it before it went so mainstream

There was this one time with two of my RL friends got teamed up with this one guy. He wasn't a kid, sounded at least 20 and kept on yelling at me saying I was [cabbage] and everything. In the end we had the same K/D ratio at -1. What a [bleep] lol. Who takes the game that seriously

Once I was on CoD4 and there was this British kid that must've been 11 and every time he died he would say something along the lines of "how the hell did that happpen! This game is not [bleep]ing fair." My entire team just laughed

I have a reeally funny friend who is about 9 and is a British kid. Him, his bro and Limp are like the only British guys I like on LIVE. He always says random stuff and when you infect him in infection on Halo 3 and he didn't realise you were coming he does this awesome scream, not to mention he is an excellent player at Halo 3.

Recieved a rather rude message through the PsN, it was like 2 lines and had at least 5 mentions of the f-word in it.

Guess he didn't like being trapped at the sides of a stage in Soul Calibur IV, and then continually hit with a small chance of hitting back.
