Tortoise Shells

After being hacked a couple mill, I need a way to make back some money. I got back most of my combat gear and wanna try selling tortoise shells. Which ones are better and faster for banking? The ones in the gnome stronghold or on the battlefield? Also, which ones drop them more frequently? Thanks.

I tried this before...and it phails. Litterally, no one buys their tortoise shells. Well, if you still intend to do it, the two turtles north west of the Grand Tree is best. Don't attack the high leveled tortoise with the three gnomes on it.

if people don't buy them, how come they cost so much? Plenty of people using War Tortoises.

Went, and got 2shells in like 20mins-.- Looks like I'm going back to green drags and slayer.

i got a lot more shells than that when i was there.. and whenever they drop its usually 2 or 3..

Warped turtles drop them a lot more commonly.

I left 100 shells on the G E for a week, not a single one sold. That was also when it was 4k+ each and a hot item... :wall:

I have an offer for 50 turtles at max at all times, and I get some every once in a while. I buy shells to replenish my supply though.
