Warrior, Ranger, Miner, Wizard Or Adventurer?

I was a wizard. I don't know why, it just sounded good. But then i got addicted to mining and just mined myself to death for the next three years... and yes ^^, coal was the "golden" ore then.

I remember that...

Thoroughly retired, may still write now and again

When I had my original account, I was an all around adventurer. I used Melee, Range and Mage along with Prayer.

I did some Player Killing, but mainly trained my character.

First account Warrior with name Ta Ne 2, but gave it to friend like after 1 week of playing, and started new account. It was miner with name Miner X Star. :P Then came Crazy Lobby, which I've been playing since (got scythe) xD!

Didn't start that early myself. But here's some memories of my beginning days.

Miner. Because I had magic levels I couldn't PK anyway.

Back then I had 2 friends playing this game both of whom became miners also so there kinda was some competition between us 3. I spent the least time playing which is why before RS2 I never really got any real wealth.

My (still existing) classic account has like 70 mining which is the highest skill. (And he owns addy 2h!)

When we got RS2 I decided to become an archermage as there were so few archers and mages at the moment (all used melee in classic) and here I am with 99 mage and (sad) 95 ranged. ATM I'm more of a skiller type but I will get 99 ranging and defence eventually.

And since ppl have posted their old newbish money earning ways: For a few days I used to change from w to w and collect the spawning cosmic runes from Ice giants in lv 50 wild. Also collected a few loads of earth staves from lava maze.

I picked Warrior because I wanted brute force. On another account I chose Adventurer, & it was a level 1. If I remember the username & password, maybe it would still be level 1 in RuneScape 2.

i took ranger on fook a ji. oddly enough it was my lowest skill for a very long time
I trained Ranged a lot in RSC. It was my favorite skill of all time. Then RS2 was released, & so many archers appeared :| The popularity ruined it for me.

Mine was 39 before RS2 <3: I got it to 40 on the first day RS2 came out (OMG Green dragonhide), but it turned out to not be very impressive once I visited Lowe's. My Ranged is 67 now. As you can see, I've been powertraining Ranged all these years.

Not sure, think it was adventurer or warrior. My guess would be adventurer. I picked non-PK'er because I was afraid of getting killed and losing all my stuff. Guess I haven't changed over the years, lol.

I choose adventurer and spent my first days of rs killing the ranger to get 9 bronze arrows each time and.... the greatest spot that i ever found (i thought i was awesome when i found it) the "secret" rat cave in edge dungeon where there is a 3 coin spawn i spent my first month there at least!

Although back then it would have been the Ghost Town Dungeon (unless you joined post-Wilderness).

Chose wizard for my first ever character. Then thought I was onto a winner by creating numerous rangers and trading arrows over, until I realised it was pretty time consuming and pointless. Done it on rs2 also before they stopped you taking items from tutorial island. Dropped the arrows, talked to the dude, dropped, picked up, etc. etc. Then realised rs2 is utter [cabbage]e.
