Pope skills has offered to run it in place of lightning's chat. Sorry for the short notice but i am sure that the chat will be more happier there than being run by myself as i am not on much and not sure as yet if i return to runescape. I like to thank all the chat mods that run the chat for me and users. I was going to be officail if the staff here when i was admin here , was for it but wasn't ... Doesnt matter either way. its closed, end of story.
