This is the only site i can think of to show proof of cheating since you can't submit screenshots in runescape forums... ANYONE WHO IS NOT AFFILIATED WITH THE LADDER SHOULD NOT BE POSTING HERE. A few screenies will be posted to support evidence of their cheating. A 'loss' will be defined as: 1) being defeated in game via a direct battle with an opposing Clan 2) being disqualified in a ranking battle 3) failing to defend rank within allocated time 4) a ranked Clan shutting down Ladder System & Ranking - A ranked Clan can be challenged by another ranked Clan within 5 spots in the ranking ladder. Every ranked Clan must defend it's ranking at least once out with their immunity if challenged, however they must only defend their rank once if multiple challenges are made and have the right of choice in what challenge they accept. If challenged before their immunity is finished, it is up to the clan to accept or not and no change in rank will occur if declined. A clan is immune to other wars only when they have accepted another war and are immune until 7 days after the accepted war is fought. The immunity period starts when the defending clan accepts the war decleration, NOT once the battle has finished. If The Limit of Clans Ranked is met(40 clans) Then The waiting list comes into play. Only clans the top 40 list have the right to declare onto the ladder. To gain access to the waiting list, you use the same application form as before but will be placed on the waiting list not in the top 40. The waiting list is in first come order, the earlier a clan has applied, the higher up they will be. If a ranked clan dies, is disqualified or banned, or pulls out of the rankings the number 1 on the waiting list becomes number 40. The higher ranked Clan has the choice of 'basic terms' in all ranking battles which include P2P and F2P, 'basic terms' are defined as: 1a) F2P Armour (Steel through Rune) 1b) P2P Armour (Rune or above) 2) Number Of Rounds 3) World Number 4) Defend or Attack 5) Choice of Ref Chrisnguyen7 Edit 07-Jul-2008 11:23:26 ~ Ranking list standards for any ranked battle are as follows ~ 1. People brought by a clan who are not on the accepted memberlist will not be allowed to participate. Future members and junior clan members are not allowed to attend, unless accepted by the opposing clan or thread holder. In the cases of members being in both junior and senior for leadership and support reasons, exceptions will be made. 2. All wars are automatically Full out wars (Members who was not in the partaking clan at the time the member list was submitted will not be allowed to enter the war under any circumstances). 3. Every war must have TWO neutral referees agreed upon by BOTH clans. 4. Once the rules of the war have been agreed upon by BOTH clans, they may not be changed without permission of BOTH clans or with one and the threadholder. 5. Infringements of the negotiated rules (non-Ladder Issued Rules) will be dealt with as a serious breach of the offending Clans moral duty and this community. 6. Flaming and spamming of the partaking Clans will not be tolerated before and after the War. Offending members will be dealt with by the Ladder and recommendations to the Leader of the offending members clan will be made. It is expected that both Clans act maturely and sensibly before and after the war. Negotiable terms are as follows: 1. Date & Time (Note: ranking battles must be set within 7 days of declaration and must be fought within 2 weeks of terms being set, this gives a Clan a MAX of 3 weeks to fight their challenge or forfeit their rank to the challenger). 2. Defending/Attacking - Both clans must agree to a stance. War Declaration Rules: 1. Make a separate declaration thread on clan discussion forum. 2. Notify the other clan on other clan's recruitment thread. 3. Notify the Ladder League on this thread with jump codes to the Declaration thread. Surely now AF gets to win by default. Going through all of this effort to post proof is pointless, as the war had nothing to do with any sort of tip.it rankings so there's nothing any of the staff here can do, regardless of whether or not the other clan did actually cheat. The RSB Ladder officials are known for letting cheaters go easy. If a clan cheats by bringing friends to war the usual ruling is "we shaw give them a warning but the next time they will be punished". Then other clans see that and start cheating too and no one ever gets punished. It's a vicious cycle and it's well embeded in RSB culture. WOF left the RSB Ladder for that reason and also because they are just light years behind other boards. You can't even post a pic there. If you try to give them the URL of a pic you get forum ban. How sad is that? Being in that ranking list is just a waste of time for us. We are not planning on ever comming back.
