When I joined, I don't think I ever got the chance to enjoy that real golden age of Tip.It. It was small, everyone was very close-knit, and there was hardly any need for moderation at all. Did this age exist? I think it did. I remember people talking about it. Well in 'theory' yes.. But let's just say, some of the tip.it staff back then were a bit nazi'sh, a lot of good posters were lost just because some admins were having real life problems and transformed it into grumpiness and anger on a forum. They've mostly been long since replaced though. Everything does look better in retrospect :lol: Just like when you're in school.. Most kids just wish it was over, the airconditioning is horrible, back hurts from sitting, you want to go back to sleep, tired of listening to blabbering about square roots and tangents... Posted that in the "who's your favorite Tipiter" thread before I saw this. Great to see you come back Cad. Stick around for a while. You can't ever find a place that's nice and peaceful, because there isn't any. You may think there is, but once you get there, when you're not looking, somebody'll sneak up and write "(bleep) you" right under your nose. Try it sometime. I think, even, if I ever die, and they stick me in a cemetery, and I have a tombstone and all, it'll say "Holden Caulfield" on it, and then what year I was born and what year I died, and then right under that it'll say "(bleep) you."
