Furah
Anyone got tips for getting into a regular sleeping pattern that won't throw you horribly out of whack if you go to sleep early or stay up late one night? It's seriously getting to be too much. Dang, I'll just get a next gen console. I will be behind the times if I get a 360 now though, and I secretly want to be up to date with consoles and have my own for once hehe.Instead of being the epitome of anti-cool, it makes you wise. Although I will maybe garner some hate from this but I say Windows 8 is not so bad. Of course I say this before installing any games or proper software. There's nothing wrong with W8 per-say, they just need to tone down drug use while designing UX changes. Steam | PM me for BBM PIN Nine naked men is a technological achievement. Quote of 2013. Randox
As I understand it, there are two main ways to reset the body clock. The first is to use melatonin to regulate the circadian rhythm, with the aim being that your body will want to be awake and asleep at appropriate times. The other is to take advantage of a survival mechanism, and simply not eat anything for 16 hours before you want to be waking up (and then you do have to eat once that wake up time rolls around). This tells your body when the good hunting hours are, and your body wants to be awake for that, because it likes getting food. For best results, particularly if you've not been eating anything when you wake up (or have been, but you are getting up late so breakfast is at 10am now), you might want to do both, gets the body all right on queue.
Bonez899
I'd say just attempt to wake up at the same time every day with an alarm. I find that when I started that a few weeks before school I started waking automatically within and hour of that time. http://forum.tip.it/topic/325514-bonez899s-journey-to-an-eventual-max/ My blog of progress on Runescape. Estonian dude
GTA V has lots of weed use at least. Not only can joints be rolled in front of TV, a bong is found in one character's room. And I ain't even gotten to the wackiest character yet. I have played the game only like 10 hours so far. Gone 7?%. This game is massssive. So I've noticed this thread's regulars all follow similar trends. champion
Officially moved into my dorm room for my first night. It's pretty darn quiet right now, I guess a lot of people still have to move in. I'm hella mad at the lack of WiFi. oh well
jasignhagj
I see no problem, weed is essentially legal in California, so it wouldn't make sense to ignore such a large part of the state's culture.

stevepole
Agreed ^^ Weed is such a minor drug to be concerned over, but because it's such an accepted drug and it's legalization varies from place to place, it's the easiest one to get people wild-up over, which is why we're ignoring the references to harder drugs in the game. No one wants to discuss cocaine, meth, etc etc because it's already so widely decided that they're horrible drugs.
Kalphite
Them depression bouts - really liking smoking Djarum Blacks to relax in the evenings. I'm not a tobacco smoker but I immensely enjoy Djarum Blacks about once a month or so. They just taste so incredible. I've started joining Circle K (a service organization, a collegiate version of the Kiwanis club) at my school and I'm really liking the atmosphere there so far. I had new member orientation for it today and I'm really excited to try to stick with it this year. Also, my friend found a music practice room with a drum set in it in his dorm, so him, me, another close friend, and a guy we met through our school's facebook group all got together to jam tonight. It went amazingly. It was our first time all playing together but it worked out really well. I'm realllllly hoping we can all make this into another band; I miss playing music so much. Randox
Try getting through a two hour computer lab on 6 hours of sleep after having taken two tests that day. That was made just oh so much better by being the designated computer monkey for that day, which mostly consisted of me having almost no reading comprehension and needing to read instructions multiple times, unless someone read them too me. Still a pretty good day though, things went pretty well aside from the linear algebra I very nearly slept through (not fatigue, just boring). Kind of reminded me of the day I was lifeguarding, and for lack of anything interesting happening (and the layout of the beach dictating that the other lifeguard spent most of her time out of conversation range) I spent a few hours working out square roots to multiple decimal places in my head. That kind of boring. On the upside, I still have enough beef left for one more round of provolone cheese tacos. More time consuming than my normal, but fun in it's own way. Only problem is I really have to dominate the kitchen when I make them, so I've mostly been making them when no one else is around. Also, messy messy food, but so good. Kaida23
Grand Theft Auto V robbery: Three teenagers charged Cue mass hysteria about link between video games and violence!!! Back in the 90's, people were getting robbed, beat up and knifed for their Chicago Bulls gear or Air Jordans and no one ever said basketball encouraged violence. Games like GTA are just a convenient scapegoat in lieu of admitting to bad parenting. It's like the song "Blame Canada" from the South Park movie, the parents need to blame something for their kids' bad behaviour "before somebody thinks of blaming us!". Check out my blog to read the Adventures of a Big Damn (F2P) Hero. THE place for all free players to connect, hang out and talk about how awesome it is to be F2P. So, Kaida is the real version of every fictional science-badass? That explains a lot, actually...
