Managed to actually roll a Sea-Doo today. Was driving my Mom and the Dog after their swim, and came in to dock as I usually do which involves spinning around as I come into the dock. Works like a Charm with just me onboard, but with Mom and the dog I think the extra weight caused it to lean a little more, and the rear end was lower allowing it to catch on the water more. It leaned right on over, we all fell off (the dog was the first to abandon ship), and the Sea-Doo just rolled back to upright (no not a total roll, just to about 90 degrees).

Getting a little sad that summer is coming to a close, though I have mostly rented out the other rooms in my house which is fantastic. If all goes well, I might have it full by the end of Thursday, which would be a first for me in the last few years, and a major load off my mind.

Back home. Felt good sleeping in my own bed. When i got home i pretty much said put my bags down, picked up the package waiting for me on the pool table, went up to my room, opened the package (D3 RoS), popped it in, didn't move from my couch for ~5 hours. Life's good right now.

Gonna take a few days off, then back to studying (yay).

I have a job interview tomorrow "morning" at 245pm, which is early for a guy thats been sleeping til 4 all week, especially when the HR center I have to report to is something like 55 minutes from my house. I almost hope I bomb the interview, I'm realistically only taking the job if I can warrant the 55 hour work weeks I'd have to put in for them. Granted they did say I could potentially be a district manager in their new building in Jersey if I was impressive enough...(but that makes me wonder why they'd allure just anyone they don't know with such high esteemed titles).

Rather skeptical, but I'm still going to put effort in because I'm more of a whole-ass kinda guy when it comes to employment.

Tomorrow is the last day of work.

And already got me organized for another job next Thursday. In another country.

School starts on Monday.

I see my new home for the first time on Sunday.

I see PEOPLE for pretty much the first time since start of July.

So I've noticed this thread's regulars all follow similar trends.

RPG is constantly dealing with psycho exes.

Muggi reminds us of the joys of polygamy.

Saq is totally oblivious to how much chicks dig him.

I strike out every other week.

Kalphite wages a war against the friend zone.

Randox pretty much stays rational.

Etc, etc

Spent $200 on rx sunglasses from the internet today. Somewhat apprehensive about this but I haven't had wearable rx sunglasses in about five years so I felt it was justified, especially at $200 for a pair of Ray-Bans with polarized rx lenses (and my script is not particularly light). According to the website it's 3-5 [business] days, it says I should have them by this coming Thursday, so pretty excited about that.

Otherwise just a lot of stuff happening in a short period of time and I'm not too thrilled about it. Also the d key on my keyboard is being a little wonky. Off to play some games and then probably sleep, a lot of sleeping has been happening this week because of my empty schedule, it starts filling up tomorrow.

I don't mean to sound like I'm patronizing you but I'm guessing that, for one reason or another, the clip-on type shades don't work particularly well for you?

Never really liked them/don't work well with the frames I usually have, also kind of just wanted bigger frames/lenses for said sunglasses thing. For some reason, I feel like being able to own prescription sunglasses and not lose/break them is some indicator of being an 'adult' and it's one I currently want unlike other recent developments such as nice interview clothes things/heteronormative things that do not make me happy.

less than stellar quality but you get it.

They seemed to work fine for me the few times I used them.  I don't seem to be terribly sensitive to sunlight though, so I never wear them nor use prescription sunglasses.

Transitions are the best thing in my opinion. I love mine and honestly forget that they change most of the time until I take them off.

I do love mine, just they don't really work in the car, which is my issue. 10 hour drive to and from school, no fun.

Oh. I don't have any issues driving in mine, but I haven't tried anything that long.

I just feel kinda grown up as tomorrow after sorting out people to live with and finding a really nice place to live and I'm renting this house from tomorrow for the next year and I get a double bed for the first time in my life and everything's brand new in the house for reasonable rent, and I've never done things like sort out gas, electricity, water and internet bills before, so it feels like a very new experience but it's something great :)

Until you have to actually have to start paying the bills that is.

Or at least it seems from what the internet says.
