Bonez899
Her bio states that she (LKN) is from Gielonor. So based upon self experience and stories from the region I would guess that a lack of sexual education could be a definite contributor. Otherwise I would say a secondary contributor would be the male who helped in the act of coitus, unless of course it was immaculate conception and the second coming is 18ish years away when the kid is grown up. http://forum.tip.it/topic/325514-bonez899s-journey-to-an-eventual-max/ My blog of progress on Runescape. Boris5000
So i had that phd interview - which I didn't impress, which is unfortunate. And then I had to do a presentation about some random code I wrote which went very well. Luck be a Lady
Kalphite
finished classes today. Found out that I ended up killing my hardest class, getting over 100% on the last project and the exam which I needed badly, bumped my grade in the class from a C average to a B+ somehow. However my last exam didn't go too hot, I think I'm still good enough to pass but it's a bit of a bummer. [bleep] CS theory and NP-reductions though haha Now to devote this next week to a SaqPretsian homage to alcoholism~
Estonian dude
Hey, hey!I was just a whole weekend sober! But on a more serious note, for the past few days I have considered becoming fully sober. My lifestyle is getting me. I feel shitty really often, I can't sleep well, I can't eat well. My mood swings upside down at a moments notice.Long story short, that lifestyle is impacting my health and wellbeing. Also, most of the people who know me sometimes jokingly call me an alcoholic. And stories about my drinking have spread far past the boundaries of the current city I live in.And even the only [bleep]ing internet forum that I frequent has pretty much a running gag about me being drunk all the [bleep]ing time. So I have thought that now, with May 1st and Walpurg night before it, which is the biggest korp! party of the year, I start a (pretty much) sober life. I won't say no to one shot of vodka on a birthday, on independence day or on funerals and I won't say no to a single beer when I meet with good friends after a while, but being outside and partying until 6 AM 4 days a week is way too much.I have lived that life for nearly 2 years and it is done. I don't get that much enjoyment out of it anymore. I meet better people and I have grown out of it. I can be confident without liquid confidence. And I think I will save a lot of money with it aswell. And on that bombshell, I say goodbye, and good night. 4 So I've noticed this thread's regulars all follow similar trends. Estonian dude
I was drunk when I wrote that. Still, I plan on getting through with it.Also, had a test today. Pretty certain I failed. [bleep]ing microscopes and their tens and tens of acronyms and slight differences that make all the difference. For example, how many different types of radiation can you get while bombarding a sample with electrons? What are the differences between SEM, E-SEM, HR-SEM, STM, AFM.And so on and on. So I've noticed this thread's regulars all follow similar trends. Boris5000
Tbh microscopy is a tough nut to understand. Essentially when you get down to the nitty-gritty of electron microscopy just remember that it is essentially constructing a contour map of the surface you are scanning and the proximity the surface is to the needle is picked up by the concentration of negative charge (electron density) at the tip of the needle. I recommend you spend some time on the subsequent wikipedia pages (because they contain quite good descriptions) for those terms to determine the differences - although I am knowledgeable about types of microscopy - I haven't touched a microscope in a very long time since I am a geneticist xD I only know how STM and E/SEM function (and that is only just). As far as other more conventional microscopies are concerned, Brightfield and Phase-contrasts were the ones that I actually had to know for cell biology. 1 Luck be a Lady
Bonez899
Wow, best end to the whole good move Saq on not drinking anymore, had to be the fact that he was drunk while writing it. 1 http://forum.tip.it/topic/325514-bonez899s-journey-to-an-eventual-max/ My blog of progress on Runescape. Skull
I have my first final tomorrow (well technically a lab practical and a lecture exam) and I only need to pull 38 out of a possible 225 points to pass. That said, I have a 97 in the class right now so I might as well put some effort into it. Just have to learn something like 60 families of plants and a decent subset of their characteristics. But I'm going to the bar in like 4 hours, so we'll see what actually happens. Either way, in less than a week I will have finished up my undergraduate career. Unless I fail a class. But after Monday I expect to spend a full week drinking. [bleep] the law, they can eat my dick that's word to Pimp

Boris5000
While we are all comparing our finals - I have my first final on the 22nd, then one on the 27th and then the 30th. All 3hr long and I only need 40% (in each) to graduate with a 2:1 woo-hoo. (Aiming for the first ofc) Luck be a Lady
Arceus
3 hour exams are either a painfully long affair with a ton of stuff to fill out or have a lot of extra time just in case...hope that goes well. Hmm as far as I am aware we are expected to write 2 essays and 1 Data Analysis questions within the 3 hour period - so there is always something to do. I just have to make sure I am prepared for the essays (Have to pick 2 out of a choice of 4 questions). I will be very shocked to see if any of my peers leave after 1 hour like they did last year (In a 2hr exam with a similar structure (only 1 essay Q though)) Luck be a Lady
Arceus
Are the essay questions structured so that you know all the prompts for the essays ahead of time and they pick from a subset? Or two out of four you don't necessarily know? "Fight for what you believe in, and believe in what you're fighting for."
