Yesterday, I found out I have completely torn ACL.

Yay for a difficult and unsure surgery.

Yay for a month on crutches after the surgery.

Yay for a year of physiotherapy.

If you were an average american it would also be " Yay for GF life savings" .

It costs me the whole lot of $6, the whole thing.

Including MRI, the actual surgery, and the orthosis and physiotherapy afterwards.

Sometimes I quite like being an Estonian.

So I've noticed this thread's regulars all follow similar trends.

RPG is constantly dealing with psycho exes.

Muggi reminds us of the joys of polygamy.

Saq is totally oblivious to how much chicks dig him.

I strike out every other week.

Kalphite wages a war against the friend zone.

Randox pretty much stays rational.

Etc, etc

Yeah in America that would feature a few more zeros in the price tag...

Finally over this.... flu... thing I had. I'm signing up to the gym next week when I get paid and my friend from work is going to take me to help me figure out what I need to work on to lose weight. I've already cut out artificial sugar and cut down on natural sugars, as well as all junk food and I barely eat anything besides breakfast and a small dinner.

I was going to sign up this week but I had to spend a bit on medicine.

Poor USA just got the spanking of a lifetime.

It's okay, we have a strategy that goes "pretend the sport doesn't exist"  when we lose..

It's sad though. The US has the potential to have one of the most dominating teams in the world. They've improved a lot over the past 8 or so years though. And it's not like they played bad, either. There's just not much you can do against a South African team that needs to prove a point.

America cares so much about Rugby that those in this thread and like 12 others are probably the population of American's within the country who currently know they lost.

Finally got around to watching the season finale of Rick and Morty.  It was fantastic, after what I felt were 2 or 3 relatively weak episodes.

Personally I thought the finale was the weakest episode of the season, though I enjoyed the actual plot arc. Strongest by far was the Microverse Battery episode
