Yeah, I do have a point. I wish my mom was still here to fight against rednecks. Now, I have to fight against them. GREAT.

Btw, here I am, along with my mom & my son, dressed up in an Alice in Wonderland theme for Halloween one year. Halloween is my favorite holiday!

Ofz3INu.png

When I was in labor, some idiot nurse came out to the waiting room where my parents were & told them I had died (I had a high risk pregnancy). My mom threw a chair at the nurse.

When my mom was dying from cancer because the doctors refused to give her a hysterectomy, which she was cleared to have, the doctors took her off of full code. The doctors also kept saying "the cancer was contained" & that was the "least of her worries." My family had her autopsied. The cancer was spreading & the doctors didn't do anything for months - the cancer is what killed her. Anyway, my mom had made me & my family take cpr classes, which she paid for, BECAUSE if she ever went into cardiac arrest, she said she wanted cpr. The doctors took her off of full code against her wishes. When she went into cardiac arrest, I gave her compression-only cpr (the doctor & nurses wouldn't allow me to use a resus mask), got my mom's heart rate back up to ~20 bpm...and then the doctors would not allow me to use an AED aka defib.

Anyway, I threw my cellphone at the nurses & flipped off the doctor. I told my mom's GHOST to get TF in the elevator, that we were leaving this dump.

When I got home & told my son what had happened, he was angry that I didn't punch the doctor.

I REGRET NOT THROWING A CHAIR AT THE DOCTOR.

I had something similar happen to one of my neighbors. It was absolutely not okay for people to be hunting and shooting where they were. That still did not justify vigilante justice.

I sympathize with you: those hunters were awful, and should have faced legal consequences. But, being murdered just for being on someone's property, even if they're trespassing, is not a just punishment.

I was raped by a redneck when I was 16 years old. I was on my way to a friend's house - just at the wrong place at the wrong time. I had a knife held to my throat. I nearly got ran over by a freaking car. I was in a ditch, up on an embankment. Basically, if I had not rolled down the hill, I would've been ran over by his car & died in a ditch. It isn't something I talk about often because I don't like to think about it.

Also, ever since being in this area, my family would get harassed by rednecks because like, half my family is part black. My mom would stick up for my family against rednecks.

My car tires were slashed right around the time my cat was shot in my yard. YEAH, I'm pretty sure it had nothing to do with hunting.

This is one of the poorest areas in the nation AND one of the whitest. It is also full of religious nuts. Idc what religion ppl are - they can practice or not practice w/e they want. But, you know, I'm really into the Rocky Horror Picture Show...and well, I guess that also wouldn't sit well with a buncha looneys.

When the doctors took my mom off of full code, the WHITE MALE doctor asked us what we believed in i.e. religious beliefs and one of my brothers, who is a teacher, said, "Family." Also, when the doctor said that everything that was happening to my mom was "god's will," my brother said "Not my god," & I was like, "Awwwwwwwwwwwwww yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah." My brother was coming up with the best one liners for the idiot doctors & nurses. I just wanted to throw stuff at them & flip them off ffs.

I mean it definitely sounds like you got targeted.

You said your mom was in an interracial relationship right? Do you think it was racially motivated?

Thats awful though that they got away with it though and the medical professionals (likely) targetted your mom as well

No, my mom dated black men before she married my dad. I have cousins, nieces, & nephews who are part black.

My mom did think black men were hot though lol. My mom was just awesome & I miss her.

ANYWAY...

I've got pretty much everything out of my system that was looming in the back of my mind. I think I've been handling everything pretty well, I guess. I mean, since my mom passed away, my son has said a few times that he wants to die & the other day, one of my brothers was saying that he wants to die. I think my family just gets severely depressed & stressed out that mom is gone and just blurt out stuff when they feel that way. They tend to feel better after a while, or they say they do. After my mom died, my son did say that I would yell, "Check Mom's heart!" in my sleep. But I'm angry about everything that happened more than anything.

Anyway, TODAY, I was also reading a thread on the RSOF about a married woman getting msgs from some guy about foot massages & back massages. Putting him on ignore was the best thing to do.

But that is TAME compared to some of the stuff I've heard in RS. Especially Agility L.

I mean when you isolate yourself completely from the real world theres a real risk of becoming that.

Kind of like a lite version of isis radicalization.

He probably talks to virtually no one in person on a weekly basis and in between agility laps he probably lives on places like 8chan where he gets a community that finds his views to be normal. And then to stand out from that community and have his own identity he then gets more extreme than them. cyberbalkanization in a nut shell.

Anyways if it makes you feel any better people like him tend to express views on their online persona. In a sense that Jebrim is this hugely opinionated, 'righteous', toxic person. While the John Smith behind his avatar is this quiet, awkward, loner who will be quiet and polite on thanksgiving dinners.

The best thing for someone to do who is going down this path is to get socialized so that the John Smith he is in person doesn't become Jebrim when the computer is off. But unless hes ready to make that change himself its probably too late.

Yeah, the alt right has a whole pipeline around white nerds online.

It surprises me, sometimes, that we never had an out and out nazi on this board. The most radical right wing belief it feels like we had was muggi's PUA nonsense, which, as far as things go, is pretty good.

Muggi's PUA wasn't toxic. His attitude is if your unsatisfied with your sex life, go and work on being more conventionally attractive by working on things in your control. Such as lifting weights and having social hobbies. Or if your interesting a particular type of person, move cities if your home town doesn't have that.

His attitude was radical individual responsibility. Which if someone has learned helplessness is incredibly useful.

I would gladly give the same advice to anyone who isn't happy with their sex life or relationships

Pretty much. Though the people who need that advice the most are, paradoxically, on their own to figure that out because if I try to teach it to them, it's essentially victim blaming... as evidenced by me trying to "help" people like Tesset, Alg, and Horatio with the things they were complaining about over the years. Kudos to Veiva for always giving me the benefit of the doubt.

I will concede that groups such as PUAs have a very fluid and subjective ideology which is dictated by the individual. I don't really identify as a "PUA" (and I'm not sure if I ever really did to begin with, even if my mentors did). More like, I evolved into what PUAs would call a "natural" through years of self-reflection, self-improvement, and socialization. Dating coaches like Blackdragon influenced me a lot in my early 20s, but I essentially found myself to be happier and more successful by carving my own path and gradually "unlearning" a lot of his philosophy since it's at odds with my values and my personality. For example, Blackdragon has abnormally low empathy for others and I have abnormally high empathy for others (even if my posts don't reflect that since you usually only see the side of me that's ruthlessly debating something online). Now that I'm older and more experienced, I view a lot of his advice as leading women on and being deceptive. He might not be as misogynistic as some of the dating gurus out there, but if misogyny has a spectrum, I think he's definitely on it.

As it stands now, I still go on anywhere from 1-5 dates per week, and end up having sex with about 1 in 3 of women I meet. But it's important to note that unlike Blackdragon (as well as most PUAs and men in general), I'm entirely upfront and honest about my intentions with them on the first date. I tell them that I don't want to lead them on and that I'm not looking for any kind of commitment; I just want to meet cool girls and have fun. Unsurprisingly, every woman lights up when I tell them that-- even if we don't end up having sex because we're on different wavelengths. I think they're used to meeting guys who are either indecisive about what they're looking for, or they know what they're looking for but they don't have the balls to be upfront and honest about it. Blackdragon led me to believe that being upfront and honest like that doesn't work; he's wrong. I think he's just really bad at communicating... which ties into having low empathy and emotional intelligence, as well as a dose of toxic masculinity which makes him averse to talking about his feelings and trying to put himself in others' shoes.

Yes, I think it is important to clarify my age range. (Btw, that was a joke response. Obviously you were insinuating low-end comps could play nxt, thus the toaster comment. However, the way it was written could be interpreted as a toaster sitting at a comp, playing nxt. NVM, I'm not gonna explain jokes all day L)  ANYWAY, Suomi would lie about his age on Twitter & whenever I would ask him why he was telling ppl he was younger than he was, he'd be like, "Oops, typo." He was born in the 1980's.

And I'm just now getting around to watching the vid Tesset posted, mostly because I feel drained atm & I may go play Fire Emblem after a while. Tbh, I'm just trying to keep myself busy so I don't get severely depressed.

Not yours in particular, I suppose, but all the PUA figure heads I knew about turned into regressive political youtubers, so.

And, I guess, in further fairness to you, that list might be a singleton containing Roosh V, but in fairness to me, a lot of PUA stuff is supremely sexist.

In any case, it's not really a fair comparison, and I'm sorry

Ultimately I guess I'm just saying it could have been a lot worse on the forum.

These days I don't really associate myself with any kind of PUA/Manosphere/Red Pill stuff. When I was younger, I gave those communities the benefit of the doubt because I felt that their hearts were in the right place by encouraging men to become better versions of themselves. But now that I'm content with my level of success, I've had enough experiences to disprove a lot of their dogma and I no longer find it helpful to entertain their ideas. Not to mention a lot of their ideas are unfalsifiable and/or have been debunked as pseudoscience.

In other words: they're right about many things (e.g. take responsibility for your life, go to the gym and develop healthy habits, etc.), but the things they're right about can be found elsewhere surrounded by less toxic ideologies; and the things that are unique to those communities are too misogynistic and pseudoscientific for my taste (e.g. the idea of alpha males and beta males; the idea that all women think/feel the same way about certain things).

That being said, I apologize if I've said things to you in the past that came across as insensitive or hostile. That was not my intention and I hope we can let bygones be bygones.

I think I'm done editing this post now :P

Btw, I thought this was an excellent vid.

But I do know how the exceptions could find an initial commonality with the "free speech" argument that would suck them in.

Suppose a woman got forum banned by a gay man. Maybe she would think, "Uh, I thought he'd be on my side, but why is he denying me free speech? Wait....is it because gay men hate women? Must be why they're gay. Gays must hate me. WTF. Well, THEN I HATE THEM." And so on & so forth.

Trust me, I felt like that for a hot minute with a certain ex-jmod with some goofy looking hair.

FORTUNATELY, my family is into some uh, really LGBTQ+ tv shows & movies O.O, which is why representation in media is important.

I'll say it for the 857596 time: RHPS is my favorite film ever. When Rupaul's Drag Race started airing, that was basically my family's show lol - my mom, my son, & I would watch it together. My son is into Steven Universe and Homestuck (He kinda got me into Homestuck as well). But my mom wasn't gay, I'm not gay, and my son isn't gay. My family is just into gay culture when it comes to entertainment. Idk, maybe that is bizarre to some ppl.

But the other day, my son was talking about some yt vid he saw & described the guy in it as misogynist (which the guy was). I think for some guys, to call another guy a misogynist would be a de-masculinized thing to do, but it isn't. Just call it like it is.

Back in middle school, I watched some documentary on drag queens. It was an older documentary, like maybe 1970's/early '80s - I wish I could remember the name of it. In the documentary, it showed the drag queens "getting ready" i.e. doing their makeup, ect. I remember this one drag queen talking about head bands & that wearing a head band would pull up the face & accentuate the eyes, thus making the face prettier. I wore head bands to school for the rest of the year & told my friends about how head bands make your face look better, so they started wearing head bands, too rofl. I basically got my middle school fashion tips from drag queens.

I just have a hang up on drag queens. When I was 13, I asked my mom if I could have a sex change & become a drag queen and my mom was like, "Uh, no." I also asked my mom, when I was 13, if I could have a sex change, become a gay man, & marry TIM CURRY.

Uh, where was I going with this? Oh, yeah...

Back in the '80s & '90s there wasn't a great deal of positive portrayal of drag in the media, besides in documentaries of actual drag performers. I remember watching that Wigstock documentary years ago & thinking, "OMFG, that is cool." Recently (like maybe a few months or so), I watched like, a sequel documentary for it, where they had Wigstock again.

Idk, sometimes it sucks that I'm a woman because I can't be a drag queen. >.> Drag queens, to me, are exaggerations of women. As a woman, I feel like I'm an exaggeration. Yeah, I'm into dance, which is considered a feminine STEREOTYPE, but I also rode around on a freaking skateboard & got called "butch" back in the day, as well. When I feel like I have to portray myself as "girly" so dudes will stfu, I feel like I am exaggerating.
