^ To make firemaking more than a boring repetitive skill that anyone can do?

This technique makes it fun as you can make symbols, shapes, letters, and other objects to amaze your friends and other people.

It's also good as you can go one direction and then back again to the bank removing the wasted time running back.

interesting, does lighting in different methods actually help though..?

Normal lines lead to a maximum of 1200 logs per hour, the methods mentioned in my guide help you to maximize to 1380 logs per hour. However, these methods are all the same speed if you start and end at the bank so you save the time running to the start of your line or from the end of it.

Also you may have more fun if you change or mix the methods (freestyle?).

I look in the guides and see this awesome guide!

Iv been doing it for the last week and becoming good at it :D

My fav spot is north or varrock west bank... I fm and end up next to the door.

Man that makes fming so much more fun!!

Fun things iv been trying:

- Have you tryed using a beast of burden fam? I used a terrorbird and

burnt all the logs including the terrobirds with 1 stoop :D

Its a nice little challage lol.

- Starting from the north door at varrock west bank. I burnt around the

banks edge ending up at the south door :P lol pretty funny. (terrorbird involved)

Nice guide I like it.

But may I suggest adding Oo'glog as one of the spots? Or is this guide for f2p?

Pros: Huge area, never crowded

Cons: requires quest to use bank

This is where I got 65-96 firemaking I wasn't interupted once.

Cause I never was a member I can't give informations for member areas. But if anyone can collect all good places to fm in members I can add them.

Oh I see.

Well I have two places that I tried just because I got tired of people takeing spots, I found both of them good to firemake in.

1. Oo'glog(already told you this in last reply but i'll just put it again)

Pros: Huge area, never crowded, can fit 3 people easily all with 2 lanes

Cons: requires quest to use bank, can be very dull and boring here

This is where I got 65-96 firemaking I wasn't interupted once.

2. Nardah

Pros:Nobody ever goes to nardah, has two lanes that are more than long enough for a full inventory of logs in each lane. (if you want i'll post a picture of this)

Cons:if you light logs to far into the desert you might get hurt by the occasional heat(if you don't wear any armor it's not enough to worry about if you have a decent hp level), IF someone does actually show up there isn't much room for two people.

These are just two places that you may or may not wish to add to your guide.

If you want me to I can post some pictures for you. :D

I still think it is a good guide.

Its not very crowded, and you are next to an bank.

You have to be a minimum of lvl 30 and under the top 2M players in the skill to have it ranked. Non-ranked skills are displayed as lvl 1.
