Dupin Posted July 29, 2012 Share Posted July 29, 2012 I just finished Heavy Rain. I would definitely recommend it to anyone interested in mystery/drama movies. I enjoyed it because I like seeing new media in storytelling. Be warned, though, it's not really a 'game,' more of an interactive film on a game platform. Either way, definitely recommended. Within one cutscene I go from small groups of enemies that I can kill in 2 hits apiece to hordes of enemies that have at least as much health as I do and hit harder. It's definitely fun, though. Had a depressing time on brawl recently as I was trying to get a nice home run record, but could only manage 710ish metres while seeing people on youtube getting like 3000.Noob Americans with your wrong measuring systems... @ALG, try Dark souls if you want Fable but stupidly hard. Estonian dude Posted August 18, 2012 Share Posted August 18, 2012 Just got Sleeping Dogs yesterday. First game I have ever bought on a launch day and no regrets. Simply awesome. It is might seem like a GTA clone, but in reality it is totally different. Simply the setting in Hong Kong is amazing. Listening to Cantonese rap while driving a bus = priceless. And as the reviewers in Kotaku have said, combat is absolute pleasure. So far, I haven't gotten into a single gunfight, since I haven't really had time to play it a lot, but the melee fighting is miles and miles above GTA. Rather reminds of Arkham City, but I'd say even more complex and rewarding than in Arkham City. I still can't get used to driving on the wrong side of the road though. So I've noticed this thread's regulars all follow similar trends. RPG is constantly dealing with psycho exes.Muggi reminds us of the joys of polygamy.Saq is totally oblivious to how much chicks dig him.I strike out every other week.Kalphite wages a war against the friend zone.Randox pretty much stays rational.Etc, etc Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I was liking it but my save disappeared after an emulator crash and I had to restart it. I quit there. And by very far I mean, I got to a point where I think I had been playing for awhile, but in reality was probably still not even to the halfway point of the game.
