rarms00
I would say no matter your combat level any level over 90 is good and over 95 is high. Of course skills like slayer require you to raise your combat just because of the fact you have to fight to do slayer. Of course if you mage or range the whole time, while this may be the hard way to do it, it would not cause you combat level to raise. madurojunior
depends on the skill example if u have 70 fm that would be considerd low but if you have 70 summoning they would consider that really high it depends on the combat and skills  #-o
RealPlev
I'd say anything past 90 is high. Anything past 80 is moderate. You know what you're doing when you reach 80+. But when you go past that, I think you actually know how to train. But I think someone mentioned this already, when your a higher level more things open up to you to train on. I'm 82 ranged, there's some things like Hell Hounds that just wouldn't be worth killing at say 50 ranged. Something like firemaking shouldn't be considered a skill because it's so mindless to train, and so easy. Real combat skills, excluding Summoning are also one of the easiest to train with the introduction of 100+ boat in Pest Control.
Star_Fox
92+ because you're half way from the max lvl.
Doryphore
92+ because you're half way from the max lvl. Level 92 might be the halfway point in EXP... but consider how much EXP you get at different levels. If you are doing theiving at Pyramid Plunder at level 95 you can get several hundred thousand EXP an hour... but at level 40s, you can get maybe thirty thousand experience an hour. So really if you look at the amount of EXP per hour, a level more in the eghties or so would be more like the half way point. Personally I think that no skill really has a level in which it is considered 'high'. In my opinion, how 'good' a persons skills are should be not a number but what the person thinks of their skills...to a certain extent... a level 20 skill is low no matter what lol... Canadan
I agree with the people who say 90+ for the most part. and of course there are exceptions as posted already.. in terms of whats high for a lev 3 player, a lev 3 with 40+ slay is cool, most other skills can be trained almost as easy or just as easily no matter what your combat. any harvasting type skill is the same for someone who is high combat as for a low combat person - mining, wc, fish, hunt. asheblonde5
When determining which skills are high and which are average, I tend to look to that skill's overall ranking. For me, anyone whose skill is ranked in the top 10,000 is considered high, and in the top 100,000 is considered average. As far as I'm concerned, your combat level or overall levels don't enter into it.
othersiderunner123
Well i think it makes a big difference, if your f2p or p2p. With p2p it is much easier to level up certain skills, i think 70+ is high for f2p, and 90+ os high for p2p.
electrone0
For me, 90+ is high. For any stat. Only thing is, some skills are harder/more expensive to gte high, and thus mor valued. But still, even at level 90, I think you have like 20% or so of the experience needed for a 99, so it's just an opinion... Try around 40%... Winged Fish on a RWT complaint- There's four complaints on the whole site, one from a mother who was convinced by her son that the RWTers she was buying him items from were from Jagex (and then got scammed and is taking it out on Jagex), two people complaining about having their accounts taken away, and one ranting on the trade restrictions and wilderness removal. I would have to disagree with that 10,000 "high" because I would consider something much lower than that as high, most skills are at 99 in the top 10,000. CCCPsrevenge
i think it depends on the combat lvl if a lvl is considered high. a lvl 70 that has 99 magic is considered a high lvl (is that posible :? )? the penguin communists are after u, UPSR- union of penguin socialistic republic ^.^258 qp
spyderownzyou
i think it depends on the combat lvl if a lvl is considered high. a lvl 70 that has 99 magic is considered a high lvl (is that posible :? )? well if they only leveled magic, no hp ie. alchs/teles to 99...you can get 99 magic with 50 combat, according to tip.it's combat calculator : but that would be rather impressive \ although, I have seen a level 15 with prayer cape even more impressive  think she was called miss summ3rs or something...don't quote the name exactly, but was definitely along those lines You only live twice. sedsarq
I am of the opinion that "high" must come in relation to other players. Lvl 92 is roughly 50% of the XP needed for 99, yes. But only about 3.5% of the RANKED people in Cooking (for example) have achieved it. Which probably means way less than 1% of the chefs out there. To me it seems strange that only maybe 1-3 in a hundred players would be entitled to have their level called "high". At least make it top 20! My "high level cook/thief/slayer/etc" would for that reason come way earlier than 92, and very dependant of what skill it is (since most people do not balance their skills). Now checking the top 400k in cooking (20%) to see if my top 20 system seems accurate. It would seem that you need a cooking lvl of 71 to be called high at the moment... I don't know about that :) A new study shows that 98% of teenagers listen to emo music. The other 2% have stayed straight gangster. If your apparantly the 0% who still listens to rock, put this in your signature.
bogwaga
In my opinion, for most stats anything above like 85+ can be high, but it really depends. I think 85 rc is more than just high, and 85 flech isn't. STDracula
i think that the common "buy-able" skill's is nothing really but if they are 90 + then that's high ... collecting skill's... (E.G fishing , rc .... e.t.c) as long as they are 85 + i cosiderate them to be rather high. Legendz - 100+ F2p combat !! techstu79
This has gotta be one of the most ignorant posts ever! Sorry, but your trying to take a poll, and collect a support group of like what, a whopping 200 players, maybe? LMFAO!!!! A skill is considered high, when that player feels that it is high. Period. You can argue all day long what is or isn't high, but then all your really doing is saying ME ME ME ME ME ME!!!!! I count, my opinion and no-one elses. Most of the posts I have read all have "opinion" or "think" in the responses. There you go, its all based on a personal level, sorry but this post is lame. Doesn't matter how many ppl you get to support your lvl of what is high, will always be just as many "opinions" out there that differ. BTW: Since a lot of ppl seem to think 70 isn't high, niether is cb lvl 98 then. WHY??? Well according to tip.it's combat calculator, someone with all cb skills at 70 would have a cb lvl of 98. Just my "opinion" on things.
Fairness
Yeah, well, I have a similar opinion. It's not the right of other players to decide what's high, other than from their own skills, especially so when they don't have the skill at that level. You're being watched.
