Intermagma
Which skill is the most useful that is NON-Combat? This topic should not cover Attack, Strength, Defence, Hitpoints, Prayer, Ranged, Magic, and Summoning.
Calm Koala
I quess it will be herblore combined with farming
Zierro
It depends on what you define "useful" as. Useful could mean the one that makes you the most money (Runecrafting), the one that helps you survive battles longer (Cooking), the one that gets you around Runescape quicker (Agility), the one that boosts your combat the most (Herblore), or the one that has the most capabilities (Crafting). Zierro
Then that would definitely be Runecrafting, with Slayer behind it.
D Jay99
Farming herbs makes a lot of money for the time spent, great to do in between things. A combo of runecrafting and farming would probably best for making money.
Kietaro1
Well in truth I would say that the most useful non-combat skill is magic. And I realise that you did not include magic in one of the choices but Magic is not all combat. When I first thought about my answer, teleporting came to mind. Can you remember when laws were 1k each and the only teleport jewelry was the Glory? I can and I remember how tedious it was to walk everywhere. With higher magic and new spellbooks we can teleport all over the place (whether by teleporting or by enchanting) making this game much smaller in terms of time spent getting for point A to point B. Next we have high alchemy and low alchemy. This has made skills such as fletching so much more beneficial. Instead of producing endless amounts of bows with no purpose, players can often make a profit by alching their bows. Skilling + money = win. Lunar spellbook is another point of magic that offers many non-combat helps. Superglass make is one of if not my favorite spells. When buying seaweed from Ahrein in Catherby and getting sand from Bert, I used to just let it sit in my bank. Now I have a purpose for them and have a pretty nice crafting level to show for it ;D Plant cure, amulet string, plank make, etc The uses of magic, outside of combat make it one of the most versitile and useful skills. Imagine what it'd be like getting a terrordog task, finishing, then walking back to Duradel for your next assignment, which also happens to be terrordogs. Many people underestimate the usefulness of this skill. I love to meet people; send me a pm if you see me on RuneScape! :)
Andy
Agility, even magic cant teleport you everywhere, and sometimes you need to run, and high agility is great for running as you get 100% run energy very quickly.
SwimmyTheDuck
I suppose it would be either Woodcutting, Mining, or Runecraft.

Atom Smash40
I suppose it would be either Woodcutting, Mining, or Runecraft. yes. but it also depends on what that player does. if he GWD, then hed prefer herb so he can make his own sara brews. if he likes RC but doesnt want to buy ess, hed want mining. it all depends on what the player's preference is. fletchers would find woodcutting very useful, and cookers would find fishing very useful. it all varies ~ 3,072nd to 99 Mining on August 30th, 2009 ~~ 112,084th to 99 Magic on April 16th, 2011 ~~ 131,681st to 99 Crafting on March 29, 2019 ~~ 178,385th to 99 Prayer on April 2, 2019 ~~ 234,921st to 99 Defence on May 9, 2019 ~~ 173,480th to 99 Herblore on June 21, 2019 ~~ 155,160th to 99 Smithing on July 16, 2019 ~
The Observer
Skills don't always have to be used for money. I'd say Agility because it allows you to finish so many quests and to enter areas or secret areas which can save you or unlock new monsters/resources.
