But usually its fairly close to even make a huge difference. 1 Canadian dollar = 0.813339 U.S. dollars so every dollar i spend i lose twenty cents on compared to when the dollar was even. its better than it was the last time i checked. i thought it was worse. So let me get this straight. Day after Thanksgiving, stores open really early and offer incredibly low priced deals that make the soccer moms go bat[cabbage] insane. Sounds fun. Ima browse the webs to see what I can find that suits my interests. The first is that Game Crazy is offering a Xbox 360 Pro or Elite with Kung Fu Panda, Lego Indiana Jones, and a Guitar Hero Bundle starting at $299.99. The second is that a PS2 with one controller, memory card, and any four games gets you $100 off an Xbox 360, Wii, or PS3. Please don't go to Game Crazy with a PS2 thinking you're getting a free 360. At least in western countries, shopping, leisure and working patterns aren't dictated by 'occassions' anymore. There are people working on christmas eve and sundays, people spending vacations in the middle of March, etc. It would suck to work on New Year's eve though, given all the free events and fireworks available you could enjoy with friends and family. The newegg deals are nuts. $29.99 for 4GB of ram with free shipping. Europeans can never reap the fruits of special deals though :P Very rarely do any online companies offer free shipping to EU countries. So the $29.99 will become $60 after shipping at worst. It was 30% off, saved about $20 which was pretty nice. Don't think I'll get anything else today unless the music store closest to me is having a sale. At Best Buy a lot of TV boxed sets were $14.99, so I got my friend a season of The Simpsons. Also got him Cloverfield for $6. My mom got the Sex and the City movie for $10 and my dad got Wedding crashers for $4. :lol: At the mall I got a nice sweatshirt for around $35 at Pac Sun (originally $50) and a T-shirt normally $15 at Aeropostale for $7.50.
