SKully, from what i've gathered just doesnt view 100% f2p as an achievement or something special, which is basically viewing chinning to 99range is the same as using a shortbow and bronze arrows. An 8/10 means they are giving a good rate, but there is room for improvement. A 2/10 is basically a "lol noob why even post?". Nice bank. 9/10 :thumbsup: 99 magic achieved on July 3rd 2008.
