What are you hoping for in 2009?

Necromancy skill/add on to magic/summoning.

 

it was mentioned a few years back, but I', not sure if jagex gave up on it and created summoning..

 

also hoping for a solution to the cutthroat bandos community issue.

 

and i have high hopes for mobilising armies.

 

 

 

Summoning is Necromancy... Lol...

well not 100% necromancy is bringing back the dead, summoning is bringing something new to life :D

It would be a real stupid move on Jagex to make a skill almost identical to another skill. :P

i think it would be an addon to magic, but i rather have sailing over necromancy ;)

add on to summoning then....maybe different system than pouches though.

 

i was thinking, wheras summoning is a secondary skill, I would want necromancy to be primary combat.

 

eg. you can raise up to 6 things, and equip them with abilities, summon them armour, but while they're out, you can't attack.

 

admittedly my example dosn't sound to great, but I think jagex would be able to sort it ;)

The things I'm hoping for in 2009 update wise are:

 

 

 

- A new skill or 2

 

- The next quest in the dwarf storyline, it's been 3 friggin years!

 

- The 150th quest obviously

 

- An update to the graphics of the NPCs and players

 

- Eastern lands

Apart from some earlier suggested things, I would really like another intermediate fun boss like the giant mole. Simply something new and interesting to kill with drops that provides some modest profits enough to keep it worthwhile.

I just want the Jagex company to make smart decisions, as they seemed to do in 2008. Don't roll out a skill just for the sake of something new. Make sure quests make sense. Last year was great, let's build on that.

 

 

 

 

 

I agree strongly, Jagex made some wonderful decisions in 08'. I'd like to see that in the new year with much greater improvements.

Any sort of new land to explore, really. And of course, more Myreque quests. One of the more interesting series. <3:

dragon pickaxe considering i need one so my mining level can go up.

 

 

 

a new skill, perferly archaeology. it's probably the only thing that's missing.

 

 

 

more slayer monsters.

 

 

 

items needs a makeover. especially after they've changed partyhats. why did they do it anyways? it sucked more then the last appearance and it was a complete, stupid, and pointless move on jagex.

 

 

 

achievement capes for different topics like completing all the diaries, killing a number of players, collecting the specific number in amount of a specific item, and getting maxed total/combat.
