this signature is by all means 100% not done by me

If it's not done by you why are you posting it?

You did not site your sources and are trying to pass them off as your own work. How many times do you need to be told this. This must be like the 4th time you've done it.

It's pretty clear what you did and did not do, sir.

Then I'll cite my sources:

Photoshop default brush pack

Cloud Brushes by leboef

The Grasslands Brushes by Midnightstouch

A tad of imagination

Funny how I don't see every other GFX artist having to cite their sources?

Edit: Hiimben, you also completely took my post out of context.

He has a point Hiimben. Why does he have to cite his sources when every other artist on here is doing the exact same thing. Almost everyone on this forum I'm sure uses stocks, brushes, and filters when they're making a signature. And I don't remember him saying that it was 100% done by him...

Where, exactly, did I say it was all my work from scratch?

Even when posting up signatures I collaborated upon, I even cited credit, even said it in the title that it was obviously not all my work. As for everything else, I was very concise and to the point, I never took credit when brushes were used, nor did I brag that my work was done 100% by a normal brush.

Hiimben, you're being a jerk. If anyone was spoiling 'fun-time', it'd be you.

References to all my topics and posts I've made since I've joined for evidence I never stole nor claimed any work if unrightly so:

You misunderstood me.

I'm not accusing you of anything.

Must have caught me at an odd time then. Whenever I saw the topic it had the title it holds now, with no explanation in the OP.

You didn't necessarily do anything wrong. I just wanted to be sure that people knew that it wasn't all your own work, due to it happening in the past.

Hiimben, you're being a jerk. If anyone was spoiling 'fun-time', it'd be you.

Haha. By the way, when I said I was "I'm just out to ruin everybodys super awesome fun time," I was pretty much just stating that I am being a bit anal about it for no reason. I could care less if people thought it was all your own work, I'm just bored all of the time.

Calm down, sir, and have a biscuit.

I misread your super-fun-time-quote.

I'm sorry then, I just found it a bit odd, I hadn't recently seen you call out other GFX artists on this forum on their use of filters and brushes. It's also odd that if you could care less, why even bother making me vindicate myself in the first place?

It's also sad, because you actually know very little about what I could've done by hand and what could've been an effect. By my first reference, I think it's plausible (by no means bragging) I can get 'somewhere' without effects. So if you would be so kind, just as friendly advice, don't be so quick to post when you're bored. It could seem a little more harsh than you would intend it to be.

Or, I could post whenever I feel like it, what with it being an open forum and all.

And I have seen some of your other sketches, you do have potential, except you never seem to take in much criticism and tend to do the same style of sketching most of the time.

I do hope I have potential.

Thank you.

I can also take criticism, but I embarassingly don't take it very well when under pressure of being accused of using brushes and effects (still don't see what's wrong with that)

This post here makes you look like an idiot Ben, never ever ever quote just half of someones text, and that way changing the meaning of what he said. Read what he said again and comment after it..

And you said that charecther in the picture scratchy? Look your Captain Awesome comics and tell something about scratchy...

Let's just all calm down, Ben probably missunderstood the post. Let's make love not war and go back to the OP (the picture itself). ::'

I actually like the piece, it flows well, the colors match, and the blurriness fits it IMO. Only thing I can point out the use of such a big canvas,

Woah, aggression from Lobbytrio :o

I'll admit I don't quite get why people are thinking i'm some sort of malicious person who needs to misquote people to yell at them. From his post,"If you mean by the use of brushes and effects not being my work, since they were pre-designed, then this signature is by all means 100% not done by me," I thought he was acknowledging that all he did was put brushes ontop of eachother, and as a result I quoted the part I thought was important. If I just misunderstood it then I apologize, don't make me out to be anything more than what I am.

And as for the scratchiness of characters,I meant that the characters seem to lack form, and are done in a particular style which doesn't particularly appeal to me as it blends in too much with the background. You don't really need to bring in a comic which clearly took zero effort and try to use it against me. If any ones taking something out of context, it is you, sir.

We resolved the rest of the arguments, and everything is fine. Unless, you know, acejack just hates me for being too forward.
