The Great Brain Robbery- The Great Train Robbery.

Many believe that the 1980 eruption of Mt. Saint Helens was a catostrophic geological event, in reality it was the day that Jimi Hendrix returned to Earth from the next world and actually stood up next to a mountain and chopped it down with the edge of his hand.

some of these are actually rather amusing. one, however, that i find amusing is the herring ->tree. i wonder who actually found out that one

I'm gonna be walking down an alley in varrock, and walka is going to walk up to me in a trench coat and say "psst.. hey man, wanna buy some sara brew"

walka92- retired with 99 in attack, strength, defence, health, magic, ranged, prayer and herblore and 137 combat. some day i may return to claim 138 combat, but alas, that time has not yet come

I think I may have found an AIG scandal reference, or, you know, I could have not and it's merely coincidence..

If you go upstairs in Varrock west bank and examine a chandelier, the examine reads something along the lines of "it's good to see that the banks is putting its money to good use."

I think it's a coincidence.

If you examine Yuri in canifis, you get this example.

"He's staring at the moon."

I believe this is a reference to Yuri Gagarin, the first man to be in space (1957).

Rock Lobsters at waterbirth, Rock Lobster the song by B-52s.

Also if you listen to the song, says "It wasn't a rock, but a rock lobster", hinting at why they change to lobsters when you walk near.

If you try to dig at the dog's grave during one part in Meeting History you get some angry lines of text.

Also during that quest, I'm sure a lot of people will remember a certain elf popping up at the very edge of the area.

(Neither are on Wiki!)

On topic:If you examine the piglets by the falador cabbage patch, it sayd "I shall call him mini-pig!" or something along the lines of that.

This feels exceptional on my under-carriage.

To music:

1) Zombie Dance-similar to dance in "Thriller" (Michael Jackson)

2) Dream Theatre (song)-Dream Theater (band)

3) Root of the Problem (song)-Root of all Evil (Dream Theater song)

4) Dogs of War (song)-Prophets of War (Dream Theater song), that's a stretch though

5) Norse Code-Morse Code, I think there's a message in the song in Morse Code

6) Examine of Lumberjack-The Lumberjack Song (Monty Python)

I think that "Dogs of War" is an E. Egg of Pink Floyd's song. It has a very similar intro.

Well I had Dream Theater in mind when I was typing that. So it could go either way.

Oh btw this isn't a reference to anything, but you can feed bones to the sleeping sheep dog in Fally farm (the one in the south with the cows, near the farming patch).

Sin Seer in Seer's Village. She is a Seer of sins, and her name sounds like "sincere"..and her examine is "She's honest about the things you aren't."

Evil bob's island is completely referenced from The Prisoner, a 60s TV series starring Patrick McGoohan. The opening scene featured the line "I am not a number, I am a free man!" and the phrase "Be seeing you!" used as goodbye or see ya.

Casting cure plant on dead herbs makes it say:

"It says 'Cure', not 'Resurrect'. Although death may arise from disease, it is not in itself a disease and hence cannot be cure. So there."

I was very amused by that.

Actually in "The Tragedy of Julius Caesar" by William Shakespeare the protagonist says. "Cry Havoc! and let slip pass the Dogs of War!"

Wongton is better than me in anyway~~

In the quest "Meeting History", if one were to examine the Portal where people first stepped out from it says "Theres cake through here, apparently".

In the Great Orb Project, if one fails really badly, Wizard Vief (sp?) will say "That was a DISASTER. I'm making a note here... HUGE FAILURE" ("This was a Triumph. I'm making a note here... HUGE SUCCESS." - Original song by the late GLaDOS.... or Ellen McLain and Jonathon Coulton...)

Also in the G.O.P, if one was to examine the Altars whilst in the minigame, it would say: "Look at you examining when theres Rune-Crafting to do." ("Look at me still talking when theres Science to do.")

One of the workers on Miscellinia says something like "I didn't vote for you", which alludes to the Constitutional Peasants in Monty Python and the Holy Grail.

As i was leveling at Werewolf course at Canfis, i noticed some details by the Agility Boss:

1) His name is called the Agility Boss

2) He is holding a stick

3) He has a yellow suite

4) He uses a move now and then. A fist move where he punches in air

Now you wonder what the point is? Well:

1) Bruce Lee made a movie called "The Big Boss", in 1972.

2) Bruce Lee uses some sticks which is called "Nunchaku/Nunchucks"

3) Bruce Lee has a yellow suite with similar details.

4) Looks like Bruce Lee similar move.

So my question is to all of you, do you think this is a reference to Bruce Lee or not? I am quite surprised myself, the things point out that it is. But Jagex is a british company, so ...what the hell.

Discuss.

He gave me his permission to post this
