Gandorf61
Once again Jagex is taking more Twitter Questions: http://twitter.com/OfficialJagex/status/1763359993. Thought I'd just post this here for anyone who uses Twitter or has questions. I'm guessing sometime this weekend or shortly after they will post the answers. Perhaps to make this topic more interesting, do any of you guys use Twitter or check what Jagex posts on there? Sometimes they post some behind the scenes stuff that is actually interesting to know. Perhaps Tip.it should create a Twitter account too? Pyramid Plunder Guide Tip.it Forum Rules Adventurer's LogThanks to Cowboy14 for the awesome sig! Italian5kamikaze
I hope tip it doesn't make an account on there, twitter is so stupid. Quit. PM me if you play The Conduit to exchange friend codes.
n_odie
I hope tip it doesn't make an account on there, twitter is so stupid. We have a main site for anything close to a twitter update. primadog
Twitter is stupid, but I won't mind good information wherever the source is. Hopefully some good questions are asked. For example, I would love to hear about canceled updates projects (what caused it, why, how, etc). All I learned in life, I learned on Tip.it
strilmus
It'd be nice if somebody could filter all the useful info out of that information landfill they call "networking".
Bloodstain
Pointless, they'll just step around the questions like in the tip it interview.

PuppyKing
Twitter is so stupid. I disagree. I think its a wonderful tool to get up-to-date information, and to get info that you wouldnt get anywhere else. Blog.
InkofDeath
Twitter is not stupid. Do some research and find out why twitter is far more useful than anything else for information updates. ----- A good question to ask is: How effective & useful are the slash, stab and crush attacks on the armours they counter? Is it a large margin or negligible? This is something that would be beneficial to everyone if we found out or knew if the margin was at least worth looking into. Like if it's just 2 more hits, it's not really worth it, but if it's increasing the consistency of all hits by a chance of +5, then it's something we should look into. And not a lot of research has been done on if these different attack styles are actually prominent in giving an advantage over platemail, dragonhide or robes. Gandorf61
Submissions have ended but they've stated they will be taking more questions at a later date. I'll post the answers they give when they're out for those who don't want to check the Twitter feed. Pyramid Plunder Guide Tip.it Forum Rules Adventurer's LogThanks to Cowboy14 for the awesome sig! kdog2fast
Lol why is jagex being a follower... go back to bringing BTS... I miss it  The updates are so rare and think so many people forgot about that mobilizing army game...all Im saying is Jagex ran outta ideas so why are they beating around the bush making twitters? Im sure most of the runescape players want an update, I doubt they could care less about jagex having a twitter or facebook, etc.
T. Skill
I don't personally have Twitter as I see it as a waste of time, but skatedog is right. Twitter is not stupid. Do some research and find out why twitter is far more useful than anything else for information updates. The developers of UFC Undisputed used Twitter for updates about the game while it was in development and they kept up with it for pretty much the entire time, so it can be pretty useful. Salad
So... Jagex got a YouTube channel, a FaceBook and now a Twitter? What's next? A Skyrock? A magazine? A MySpace? Aaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhh! And since when Jagex use "U" instead of "You"? Just a question.
Gandorf61
And since when Jagex use "U" instead of "You"? Just a question. It's because there is a 140 character limit per twitter post. ;) Pyramid Plunder Guide Tip.it Forum Rules Adventurer's LogThanks to Cowboy14 for the awesome sig! InkofDeath
I am right, lol. Twitter uses: Heading to a concert, want to know if it's worth going there or not? Go on twitter for instant feedback on whether the band rocks or sucks more than techno (lol). Going to work at 5am? Might be late? Well check the traffic on the highway and see if you might have to speed or not, or just check general road conditions...for FREE, on the go. Have a new product? Updating a product of yours? Use Twitter to get the word out, for FREE, without a marketing department. ---------- There's an infinite amount of uses for Twitter that are not for personal "I'm feeling bored" or "I feel sick" or blog-like tweets. Don't underestimate the immense power of twitter. ---------- Does anyone know if they're posting on the main site, or on twitter?
Gandorf61
I'm guessing they will post it in General Discussion on the RSOF, that's what they did for their last Twitter contest anyways. Den
They post hints on twitter for future updates aswell. Last hint I read was about some crate, party pete and some others gathering up or something. Didnt quite understand it, but I have a feeling its going to be revealed this week. They also hinted at the Tale of the Muspah quest where they mentioned it coming after the easter event. ........::::: Rainy's YouTube Channel - Rainy's Twitter - Rainy's Facebook - Rainy's DeviantArt - Rainy's Tumblr - Rainy's Tip.It Profile :::::.........
