To make sure they are updated, you can go to the Java website and install the latest java. As for the card drivers, you find what card you have (start-run-dxdiag-display) and go to your card manufacturer's website and find the card you have to download the driver.

 

 

 

To me, if you don't know where to check, it probably is out of date.

1. I would give opera or firefox a try since it may be a problem with internet explorer(which the rs client is based on).

 

 

 

2. If that doesn't help then type dxdiag into the run dialog(win key + r) look under display and tell us what chip it is.

 

 

 

3. If all that doesn't work then install revo uninstaller, uninstall java with it, then reinstall it.
