This [bleep] buying spins again 2013

Because that's so much less respectable than accepting billions for advertising (if possible) worse Youtube channels than your own.

I can understand your point, however I do think it is less respectable. It takes a certain level of talent and "flair", if you will, to have a yt channel popular enough to get those billions. An extremely large portion of Alkans populartiy comes from the immense hours and work he puts into his account. That is not at all comparable to buying spins and getting the same xp instantly.

You are 100% correct. Buying spins isn't RWT. Taking cash for shoutouts on a YT channel, is.

As a friendly reminder, those spins didn't magically appear out of nowhere. You have to work in RL to make real money to obtain those spins.

Yes, you are absolutely correct. Overall, I am not arguing that buying spins is disreputable. Only that Alkans accepting of the rare shoutout is more respectable than buying all 99s, for example.

Well, I suppose they both could be considered rwt, expecially if said yt channel makes rl money from those videos. Also because the peson you're doing the shoutout for is selling the rs gp from his dice clan for rl cash.

I am not a skiller, but i do some skills.

I didn't take it personally. I just simply pointed out your hypocrisy.

Also, what you do isn't work. It's loading up fraps/camtasia while you train, think of stupid shit to say for 15 minutes, randomly skipping ahead in clips sometimes, and rendering/uploading the clips.

Oh, you also make a crappy thumbnail! Kudos to you for that and consistency I guess.

Given that RL is not part of the game, that's rather lame >.>. We didn't/don't have anti-RWT rules for nothing. The point is to give everyone an equal game, ignoring RL except for membership payments and time played. Working RL to gain things in RS is not playing the game anymore, so as such I think it is definitely less respectable than actually playing the game (for your achievements). Just like with everything: if you prefer your job to RS, then max out your job or something :P.

No, Alkan, they don't have to have personal problems with you to state the hypocrisy in your own statement.

But yeah, I am a BidDickSub, so I want you to get cash to get xp. And there is nothing wrong with that, just don't come here to judge how other players get their xp, because you see that this isn't youtube where you get thousands of thumbs up just for saying "yo i drank 2 beer and puked like shit yo"

Nonono, people are just jealous of your BigDick. Don't blame yourself, not everyone is born with a thing like that and it takes lots of effort to keep your BigDick status. They don't know how is it to be like you and all the effort you had to go through. + if I posted screenshot like that and said something like that "fking spin buyers, so unfair I quit". People would be like but Suomi you got all your XP from donations, who are you to say something like that.

It doesn't matter anyway man, some people will always turn things against you no matter what you say or do :P I am sure you know that already.

I remember when I started posting here there was huge arguments about donations, nolifing, everything possible but yeah don't want to bring that up again.

Tbh it's an honour have the Mr BigDick himself posting here, at first I thought it must have been some fanboy rofl.

When the person can live from it i think that could be considered a job.

I would enjoy getting paid for thinking on stupid things to say for 15 minutes

on topic:

Anyone thinks jagex will mention Suomi achievement or even contact him for a planned 5b xp party?with a news feed on front page or anything like that?

Would be cool :P

Heres all i gotta say. Alkan didnt take to much money from shoutouts really. And also, the player who is about to get 5b xp made 95% of his money from donations, if he got his xp from spins he would get shit on too. For the most part alkan worked for his money, and he has been honest with when he has taken money from shoutouts. On top of that, money from shout outs still needs to be speant and the supplies need to be used to train, where as spins are real life money and lamps, and you dont actually train the skill.

So there. nbd. and btw Hi alkan ive been a BDS since u had 3k subs! keep up the vids

Lol that 95% is bs but dw I understand, people are jealous and like to twist things around. Already in RSC I used to have party hat set and other rares, ofc they were a lot cheaper back then and I just used to stand in Varrock World 1 making money. I was careless back then and trusted the wrong people and ended up losing most of them, ofc back then I didn't think "hey I am gonna keep all this and get 5b xp after 10 years". You can't plan things like that.

I lost most of my rares from RSC but even before free trade was released I had many rares in my bank, I wasn't planning to sell them though. They were special to me and their street price was so much higher than GE price. Also had 200M Fletching, 100M Fishing and almost 200M Cooking before even starting to accept donations. Also 200M Mining/Smith/Magic was mostly my own money. People overreacted about how much money I am making with max trades rofl.

I know I don't merch but investing in rares isn't hard + I made at least 10b+ from my bonus xp weekend investments.

People are just jealous and make things up, thats the way it will always be. Even before I started accepting donations people used to gather around me when I was fletching at ge, fishing at barb or doing barb agi course and say I bot and share my account etc etc. It's just the way it is, some people just love to hate on each other.

I don't wanna concentrate on the haters though because I have been getting lots of support and will always appreciate that.

Unfathomable

The article is about S U O M I.

S U O M I, sorry I did not get your permission before writing this article! I hope you are okay with it.

I don't mind at all :P

Thank you so much, I just read it and it's very well written :D

I saw your post about it few days ago and was looking forward to reading it. Thanks a lot for the kind words :)

EDIT: @Don Auror LOL this isn't like Finland winning the eurovision or hockey :P

Haha but always makes me laugh when you say "torilla tavataan", I remember Lordi used to wave a sign saying that when they won the eurovision, lol was so epic.
