Fallstar
I've been told that if you train at Advanced Barbarian course with bonus xP from BA, you should expect to get something like 130k xp/hr (including time getting the bonus xp). By doing that, it would take you ~1438 hours to get 187m Agility XP. With this 2k14 boots, it would take you 0 hours but it would cost you 23k coins each 860 XP you get, correct me if I'm wrong since I don't play RuinScape anymore. If that's correct, it could cost 27gp/xp and 5B gp to get 187m XP. So, it's all a matter of spending 1438hours or spending 5B gp. 5b/1438= 3477k TL;DR: Unless you make less than 3477k GP/hr, 2k14 boots are worth using. And that's assuming you gain no valuable XP while making money. If you do, obviously this number will decrease. They buy at < 20k ea so long as you're not ridiculously impatient. Fallstar
For those of us that have not recieved the boots yet, how rare are they exactly? I tried for like a month from dailies, then gave up and spent 350m. Sucks not playing when these things are on. Yes I appreciate the irony with my impatient statement above. Kr148
Alkan getting pretty close to 200m magic =). wonder whats in store after that. got like a week to kill before div update and probably not worth doing div or hunter before that, and agility is out. Maybe finish 200m fletch, that would be a really quick one, then if theres time finish last 3m thief, maybe even do fletch and thief together, atleast for 3m xp. Who knows but pretty cool stuff. http://www.youtube.com/user/PajamaGaming^click for RS vids

I think they fell after jagex fixed the glitch of them not coming on TH. Taking that into account it's actually 4.13b for 187m, or 2.87m per hour, definitely worth using.

Kr148
Fors is like the 2013/2014 version of suomi, except (i dare say this and start a flame war) suomi did things back when they were "harder" i guess. Like suomi probably played more hours in 1 year when he did 200m agi and slow stuff if any1 remembers, but lets say they played the same amount of hours, other than slayer, suomi's skills took more attention i think. Actually idk, agility for sure, but prayer and herblore and stuff, fishing not really just different, not sure now that i think about it. I guess the only difference would be agility, slayer rates, and fishing is now paired with wcing not strength and agility. O shit and warbands, i wish warbands would just go away http://www.youtube.com/user/PajamaGaming^click for RS vids
Rena
The largest differences are Magic/Slay/DG rates. Warbands if efficiency means planning real life around Warbands times (personally, I miss all 3 throughout my work week.. can only do it on the weekends, if I bothered doing them at all) But Warbands only really affects Mining and a bit of Smithing. Farming, if done properly, can be 200m before you finish most of your skills off. Oh, and Agility being deleted. Most buyables are the same. IIRC Effigies were almost on par with Runespan, although it was a bit more costly and slightly more attentive. What made the game so easy was the sheer amount of bonus XP thrown everywhere. I mean - this will for-sure speed up my farming when I get around to it again: 現実とうひを繰り返してもうそうしてんだ
Hedgehog
Effigies were about on par with ZMI for suomi because of how many effigy combinations he had blocked. It was just easier to cannon cave crawlers for a million hours.
Rena
1.5 effigy per hour: 72k~ xp (lamps) + 20k~ (*0.5) (opening) Even assuming no other XP it was roughly on par with current Runespan at 90-110k XP/Hr. E:Also IIRC he still needed melee XP's at the time - making it even more efficient. Even assuming he had 15 of 16 effigy-able skills capped. Which at the time, I don't think he did. :P Just a few of them Effigyscape was OP. I kinda miss it compared to what we have now.... 1 現実とうひを繰り返してもうそうしてんだ
E M R E
But Suomi did a 2.1b xp year or something and fors is at like 2.8 atm, which means he basically did like..over 50% of 5B xp in terms of xp in a year..which is, yeah pretty insane

King Jaxie
I dont see how people are comparing Fors to Suomi? Suomi did superheat while mining for 3000~ hours, drop 1 fish 1 barb fishing for 3000~ hours, high alch while wcing teaks + dropping for 1000~ hours, agility with no bonus xp or ba horn for 2500~ hours, pyrelord firemaking etc etc... Fors, sure he did rc to 100m but it wasnt with playing 15h+ day, more like 5h/day. Fletch while thieving for 400~ hours, then he did slayer to 200m with abilities for 1500~ hours, slaying with abilities isnt that painful if we compare it to drop 1 fish 1 barb fishing like Suomi did. So the only somewhat achievement he did was slaying to 200m with abilities. Comparing Fors to what Suomi did is not nearly as many painful hours or nearly as painful as in what Suomi actually did, who even started comparing him to Suomi lol? Comparing him to Suomi is no more than being complete naive. Dont forget that 80-90% of the things you are doing in todays runescape are AFK compared to back then.
Kr148
Ya i think suomi is the best skiller of all time tbh. Lets leave donation discussion out of this, he did 200m agi, super heating/mining, barb fishing, he played like 18 hours a day for a whole year, and he was extremely efficient for all of those hours. He would have some1 trade him at the end of a lap, then he would accept it after a certain obstacle to waste the least amount of ticks possible. He was crazy efficient and an amazing no lifer and he made a ton of friends and enjoyed the shit out of it. He, in my opinion, is the greatest skiller of all time http://www.youtube.com/user/PajamaGaming^click for RS vids
King Jaxie
There are soo many people that used to play 15-20h/day if we look back in our history of runescape, just go back like 5 years until now and you'll see many players that used to play that much. Best nolifer, Drumgun.Best skiller, Suomi. But the thing about Suomi is that he kept playing good amount of hours per day for soo long (years) + having that efficiency made him special, thats why I kept him so high up there because there haven't been anyone that have done what he did.
