I really don't like the rule change, but it seems to be a done deal. 1 Obtained quest cape and base 92 before obtaining any 99s! If you want to be creative, go make like 40 vids about agility using the same 3 clips of ppl's heads copy & pasted with spraypaint shit around it. Creativity does not come from trying to figure out how to weasel your way around things in RS. Creativity comes from not knowing how the hell to use Paint. Anyway, a lot of the agiles & miners are done with RS for good because they are sick of this bs. Even the agiles who are still on RS3 are spending more time training agility irl.
