Least loss per pot

Anyone know what potion is best to use to level herblore, as in least money lost per pot (buying all ingredients)?

 

(I'm level 65 at the moment going for 80)

Super restores are technically at current prices, but I think the potion is still crashing.

Super attack are fairly cheap, mainly because eye of newts are only like 80 each, but I think serum 501??? or whatever the tarromin+ash potion is technically cheapest gp per xp. However, you can't sell it or even withdraw it in notes so it'll take a while to drop/empty if you are making lots of them to powerlevel, or you basically lose one bank slot.

serum 501 is the cheapest xp, but it's useless unless you play Shades of Morton.

So excluding potions where at least 1 ingredent is untradeable, the cheapest gp/xp ratio is currently Super Restore pots, at 9.94. Snapdragons and the Super Restores are both crashing, however. Prayer potions are also not bad, being 10.4gp/xp.
