3PointMan
Is this a good laptop? The budget IS $500 max. I can't go over, and it doesn't need to be an outstanding computer. No macs, and don't recommend building a computer. It needs to be an in-store one (Best-Buy/Walmart) If you can recommend another laptop that I can buy in store, and is in myprice range, and can do all this, please do, but also comment on this one! Will this laptop run games like Mirrors Edge and Left4Dead? Will I be able to record and upload videos to youtube, using Pinnacle Studio? Can I browse the internet quickly? And can I do all this with a good speed? Basically, I don't understand all this computer talk on this page, so I can't understand if it's a good computer or not, which is why I need you guys to tell me if this is sufficient enough. http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage.jsp?skuId=9370441&type=product&id=1218093004316 THANKS! what i'm doing now:soundcloud.com/student1
Incogneto
That is a very good laptop, and I would reccomend something like it.It is pretty much my laptop, except I have a bluray player and a 17" screen. I think that the screen is too small. But I would definitely buy that one mate.
sohkmj1
Meh... I suppose the laptop is quite good. What keeps me suspicious is the Radeon Gfx card. Certain games tend not to support that, but may have changed over the years. Check your game box for the specs for more details.

Jernlov
I don't think the 3200 is a gaming GPU. You'd probably get those games running on low settings... don't expect much from it. The actual laptop seems like a pretty good buy though, it has a nice processor, plenty of memory and a decently-sized HDD. The only thing that I don't like with it is the resolution. 16:9 resolutions smaller than 1920*1080 are not a good idea in general. You get more screen area out of the equivalent 16:10 resolution, but I haven't seen a laptop with a decent resolution about for a while now. JoeDaStudd
Its a nice buy although like people have mentioned it won't game very well. Its more then enough for RS but anything more then HL2 or Fable will have FPS issues. Its close to the best you'll find for that money though.
