Becoming a member again

Hey guys! I need some massive, massive help because I'm becoming a member again. I need some help as to what should I do and how I should build myself up again. Here's the details:

 

I have 2m in hand and 85k maples if I wish to sell them.

 

I have very little runes or anything as I have been stocking for money.

 

If you mention quests that I should do, I have not been a member since January of 2008.

 

 

 

My stats should be in my signature. All I'm asking for is what to do when I get to be a member.

Well, in all honesty, this is a difficult question to answer; there's so much you can do as a member. It all depends on what you like.

 

You could try to build up a large pile of gold,

You could try to complete some member's quests,

You could try to master one of the many minigames,

You could try to obtain one or more 99's,

You could try to balance out your skills,

You could try to reach a certain combat level,

You could try to find out what catches your interest.

 

There's just so much to choose from, just try a little of everything until you find something you enjoy.

What were you doing when you first left runescape? IF you want continue that. I also see you have 91 fishing, very nice, maybe try to get that to 99 so you can have some more GP in your bank.

 

Its really up to you. Seems you were once a member so it isn't really that new to you. Just know that there have been quite a few quests since you been gone, maybe get caught up on those?

My advice is to take on a lot of members quest - It'll give you an idea of the new areas of Runescape, as well as providing useful rewards, EXP lamps and access to monsters that might drop rare items. You could start of by setting a goal of achieving the Quest Cape. This way you'll practially know everything about Runescape, and your stats will be somewhat high, because you need to get them up for certain quests. Just start from the top of the list ;)

 

Another good thing is starting up slayer. It'll also give you an idea of the areas, aswell as making you a lot of money and training your combat skills at the same time.

 

Then later you can get into other new skills etc. etc.
