I've never tried this, but does the highest level forager give tier 10 materials at a good rate, or is it worthless, considering it takes less than 20 minutes to complete a dungeon?

I'm not really sure how you do dungeons in 20 mins, but... yea I would like to know too.

.....

What you guys don't realize it was me and a level 110 duoing a level 575 that was meant for 5 people. We would both block the 2 piles of food but one of us would die before we killed it and the thing would eat the open pile of food before the dead man could run back. It was [developmentally delayed]ed.

They should adjust the boss or level if players leave the party...

What you ought to do is make yourself some gatestones.. Then you'll be able to teleport straight back to the place you died.. - And actually you can do this faster than the behemot can react!

First they came to fishing

and I didn't speak out because I wasn't fishing

Then they came to the yews

and I didn't speak out because I didn't cut yews

Then they came for the ores

and I didn't speak out because I didn't collect ores

Then they came for me

and there was no one left to speak out for me.

I duo'ed @ lvl 56-57 dungeoneering I had 28 prestige

with friend who was 46-49 dungeoneering my friend should have had 23 prestige

but i was gaining 1.5x more xp per boss

i was getting ~5500 xp per floor

friend was getting ~3300 xp for the same floor

and she got MVP every floor if that makes any difference

I hope that's an indication of nonlinear progression.

+5 prestige = 1.5x more xp?

=\ one can hope

These are not the only factors that determine exp. For instance, if one of you is a much higher combat level, the exp differences could be huge (up to 60% loss), if one of you gets the easy titles that only one can have (battle-mage, sharp shooter, berserk, master chef, etc) then that person should also be getting a lot more exp. If one of you is raiding a floor that had already been raided by you before pressing the 'reset' button, that's also a factor for low exp, and these are just the ones I know of.

Yes, but I didn't see any obvious factors.

her combat level was higher, she was getting all the titles, and we were both doing floors that were unchecked.

what other factors could there be?

I *think* your Dungeoneering level affects the exp you get too (the higher, the more exp), other than that... I dunno. Don't forget the exp you get (besides % factors) is an average of your prestige, and the floor you just completed.

Your prestige was much higher, according to what you said in the first post. Prestige plays a big role in exp, but I'm not sure of the eact numbers.

People keep saying the "skill" goes faster as you level up, and it keeps going slower. 3k per hour or so at level 35 is kinda ridiculous, folks.

The "skill" is a nice piece of content being wasted due to inept implementation by developers who clearly have no idea how players actually play and what they want.

Imagine how good this could have been if Jagex would stop thinking they don't need input from players and would do what every other software company does: create a beta program.

I thought you were done with this thread?...

I think they do have some idea as to what their players want, but they could get some more opinions.

Personally I'm enjoying the skill, and the 512k xp i've gotten solely through this skill in the past 4 days doesn't hurt either.

Efit: that brings up a point, everyone is talking about how slow the experience is, has anyone stopped to consider all the experience in other skills by doing this one? I think i you factor in all experience gained this may be one of the fastest ways to gain XP in the game.

It's not, Magzar, but it's not negligible either. It's one of the most refreshing ways to train, though. In my opinion, that is.

I'm not talking single skill training, but only playing for a few hours a day(after the first day which i was on for quite awhile) I've gained over 500k xp spread out over almost every skill. Sure some people like to focuson one so they see frequent level gains, but where else can you simultaneously train basically every single skill at that rate?
