Why cant I take the resources straight with me? It is really frustrating when you need 1 bank space and must go to drop something.

Actually, I'm pretty sure the reason it goes in the bank is because, depending on the resources you pick, you couldn't carry it all with you.

Especially since nests aren't noteable. At least the ones with stuff in them.

Anyways, chances are you don't need all that stuff in your bank lol.

Squab unleashes Megiddo! Completed all quests and hard diaries. 75+ Skiller. (At one point.) 2000+ total. 99 Magic.
[spoiler=The rest of my sig. You know you wanna see it.]

my difinition of noob is i dont like u, either u are better then me or u are worst them me

Buying spins make you a bad person...don't do it. It's like buying nukes for North Korea.

Well if it bothers you that the game is more fun now, then you can go cry in a corner. :shame:

your article was the equivalent of a circumcized porcupine

The only thing wrong with it is the lack of a percentage for when you need to stroke it.

They could make it so that I could take atleast some of them, or If I have no space in bank for the item, the advisor would ask if I want to carry some of them. Or you could take the resources on the screen that shows them. The ones you dont want to take, will go to the bank. Jagex could also make the advisor ask what items will I want to bank if I dont have enough room. Rest would stay in the kingdom for the next time.

You do realize that you don't have to drop anything, right? Just clear out enough space by sticking some of your banked items in your inventory and adding it back in as you work your way through anything that needs going through. (Cleaning herbs, picking through nests, opening chests, etc.)

  • 4 weeks later...

The point of this rant was that if there happens to be 1 more item than your bank can support, you must go back to the bank to take the 1 item out. And that is what annoys me.

F2P'rs manage 68 spaces I think. Admittedly, P2P'rs have much more to deal with, and will fill up bank spaces quick. But really, you could get rid of 50 things you have in your bank right now and not miss them.

I KNOW this isn't the premise of your rant, but it is the driving force behind it, and if you cleaned out your bank you would not need to worry about bank space.

You have no idea how fast those empty spaces fill again. And even thought I would do that just before gathering the resources, next week, those items are there again. And I dont even known how many items im going to get from the mtk.

Do you have every single dose of all types of potions and all seeds in your bank or something?

Tabs:

1) General crap, money

2) Magic, runecrafting, magical armors, enchanted teles (duel rings etc.)

3) Fishing, food

4) Melee (quite a bit of stuff here)

5) Construction/craft/mining (gems, ores, planks, hammers, etc.)

6) Range/woodcutting/fletching (range armor, arrows, knives, logs, etc.)

7) Herblore/farming (tons of seeds, a bunch of potions, some herbs etc.)

8) Hunting (outfits, butterfly equipment, etc.)

9) Summoning (pouches, shards, charms, secondaries if they don't fit elsewhere)

I use 285~ bank spaces.

I have lots of armour and weapons, herb seeds, many potions, thought they all are 3 or 4 dose, LOTS of secondaries for herblore and summoning and the other problem, the emote clue equipment. Also, random amount of stuff I need or will need. Or that are hard to obtain.

tabs:

1) random stuff.

2) runes, staffs and teleports.

3) seeds, secondaries and herbs

4) potions and food.

5) Armours and weapons.

6) construction items and high cost items.

Many sets of clothing can be stored with Thessalia in Varrock or in wardrobes in a POH. You can sell a bunch of the seeds you rarely use, or plant them.

How much armor do you really need? I can see having rune/dragon for low level monsters, guthans, torags, maybe veracs.... what else is there, really? For weapons, Dclaws, DDP++, Whip, a godsword..... again, how much can there be?

Provide bank pics so we can point out things you don't need?

OT: I think you should be able to talk to any worker to get resources, not have to go all the way to Ghrim.

I like having a full bank or nearly full bank (335ish slots used) so I can use the deposit all feature for some skills  So full bank space is actually more beneficial to have in the long run

Back to the point of this thread, WHY cant I take the items straight with me or choose what I dont want to take?

This would make it easier, as what I usually do is get the resources, go to the bank on Etceteria, then:

1) Note logs and herbs I can't clean

2) Search nests and then grind nests and bank seeds I might use, keep ones I'll sell (in like 10 days of MTK, got 2 yew seeds, a mage seed, and a spirit seed FTW)

3) Withdraw and clean herbs I can clean

4) Re-deposit the low 4 herbs (Tarro, Harra get from MTK, the other two are guam and marren)

5) Note and withdraw Irits and Ranarrs as I can identify but sell for good price

6) Use fairy ring to GE

7) Sell all on GE (largest profit made: 502k from one day)

There should be a right click collect resources option for Ghrim as well, as he's basically useless for anything else after the quest is done (other than the very high level Frem 3 boots)
