Hi. I have a question about raising the combat requirements for a clan. Let's say Clan A wanted to raise the requirements from 100+ to 105+. So, they give all members lower than 105+ a couple months to meet the standard. Now, let's say the clan is small and wants to keep all members who can war decently to war. How would you suggest ranking such members who aren't yet 105+ after the 2 month period but can war satisfactorily? How about 105+ members who can't war well enough to meet standard? And then there are new members who aren't yet full members. In my mind they all fall under the more-or-less similar group of needs improvement. But it's necessary to keep those who can war and weed out those who can't. Can anyone please suggest rankings, whether from current or previous clans/teams, that would fulfill these needs?

Maybe offer more experienced warrers like an "Elder" type of rank?

It's not to hard to train combat keep encouraging them, it's probably harder to teach people how to war better so you shouldn't kick them.

Or make it 105+ full members and w/e you want for FA.

Good luck.

Sometimes you have to make exceptions, either that base it on combat level and ability. Either that or just ignore those who are not high enough and kick those who lack the ability and don't meet the reqs.

Whatever you do, I recommend you don't do that ^

Everyone can get better, but you also have to be willing to make a proper system that gives them the opportunities to improve. You should judge them on their commitment to improving, not their actual warring ability.

The advice i was going to give is above.

Just going to offer some advice: If it is KO Unit your talking about I wouldn't go straight from 90+ to 105+, break it down into stages.

Sorry, I meant the ones who not only can't do it, won't do it. :P

i did this with my old clan KoFH, we grandfathered in any current members to be exempt from the new and higher requirements.

The whole point of changing reqs is to get better, telling them hey we're raising reqs but you'll still be here and exempt from having to meet the reqs will turn some off to not train.

Plus newer reqcruits/potential recruits will wonder why are they in etc.

I believed in rewarding loyalty and dedication. It never was an issue in my clan when we went from 100 to 105 to 110+ .

Well, if they've been in the clan a long time that can be rewarded with a rank. But you could have a 'better' rank for those 105+, like an upgrade of the new rank, so the lower levels almost miss out which encourages them. This way they're rewarded for their hard work and also giving the clan benefits. You'll find a solution, find what's best for your clan and the position you're in. :)
