For gear you essentially take the same as a Zamorak GWD non-tank (besides the Zamorak arrow), so Bandos/fury/dragon boots/barrows gloves/soul wars cape/Neitiznot (slayer helmet)/berserker ring/rapier (whip)/defender. Since you will have a lot more offence and defence you can afford to use rocktail over brews, which means your stats are boosted all of the time as well. If you have overloads and/or soul split it's even easier (need 3 ovls to complete the caves) as you can just bring brews and you wouldn't need much healing at all with ss. You can pray piety or turmoil all the way if you have decent enough gear (sw cape + fury is already +17 prayer). Singh Posted February 28, 2012 Share Posted February 28, 2012 Thank so much for the guide! finally got my first cape. Now probably gonna go back tomorrow and get a second one for place holder. Did the whole thing in about 40 mins or so here was my setupthe funny thing is that when jad attacked him, 90% of his hits were range attacks and as for the mage ones, I just ended up prayer switching for a one or two of them & tanked about 2 as well.
