We wanted to make sure that players felt more rewarded for doing every treasure trail and not just rely on blind luck to get a treasure trail-only reward or cool pieces of costume. So weve changed all of the existing trails to ensure that youll always get a unique, trail-specific reward every time you open the reward casket at the end! Naturally, to achieve this, we needed to add a plethora of new rewards and challenges, so this update will also introduce a brand new set of treasure trails called the elite treasure trails and new rewards. Always a treasure trail-only reward = higher chance of receiving 3rd age. I'd reccomend selling any 3rd age before it drops with this update. UserOnRS Posted July 1, 2010 Share Posted July 1, 2010 What I understand from trail specific is an item that can only be got from the trail you are doing, for example on a level 1 clue some of the items you could get all the time are black (t) and (g) armour and willow composite bows. I think it won't include purple sweets and firelighters as they can be obtained by any level clue, and I think the item will take up an extra slot in a clue scroll and won't affect other items. You'll have to excuse me if I don't trust the financial advice of someone who joined four days ago. Looks like the OP is looking to snag some cheap 3rd age.
