Kalafai
Alright, I've found an obscure RS botting site, including Live Classes. Where would I be reporting this to Jagex? Yes, I can look on their site. Yes, I am lazy. Also, busy, and I assume it would take me a while to find the right spot.

stonewall337
Most of those sites block Jagex so its rather moot. Also, why would you even care? Not to mention those names don't prove anything; if I botted, I wouldn't use my RS name on a botting site, I'd be more likely to use someone elses. Odds are most buy using card or paypal, which is mostly likel the same method used to pay for rs membership.Cross-reference the database and you can easily find a majority of the customers. As for them blocking Jagex, wtf? You can't "block" someone like that from viewing you're website; you can do an ip block but a company like jagex are hardly gonna be stopped by that and they have law on their side anyway. Yes they do, there numerous cases around the internet where Jagex have taken botting sites to court and ceased them from the owners and had compensation demanded. They also can easily have all the site info released to them under law. IHasChicken
Jagex has an awesome trump card: every single account/item/stat is not the property of the person behind the computer screen playing the account, it is the property of Jagex. So, any profits made by trade of this property is the equivalent of stealing goods and fencing them - you're going to get your ass slammed in court by Jagex by using their property to make profit against their will. Since the anti RWT measures came in, botting sites have become a lot less active and more fragmented, and it's not really worth jagex's time and effort and money to even sue. That being said, just because something hasn't happened, doesn't mean they don't have this legal advantage. JOIN CHICKENSWEEPERS TODAY! xpandax
jagex took down the biggest free bot site and the url is still currently controlled by jagex. However, they just relocated to a different url a couple days later. Jagex can basically only win these lawsuits because of copyright issues... if a site is careful enough it isn't worth Jagex's time/resources to take them to court. There are 100's of sites that you pay for access to bots most of them are resell sites for the nexus bot so jagex went after the creators of the actual nexus bot, but i haven't heard any news about how that suit was going and haven't bothered to look into it anymore. (I read about it probably like 7 months ago or so)
