jasignhagj
I've been playing RS casually over the last month, and saw that they are offering a free 1 week members trial. I have a Prepaid credit card with a few bucks on it, so I figured I might as well give it a try. Thing is, I have no clue where to even begin. I don't plan on continuing membership, so I don't want to get a whole bunch of members objects I wont be able to use. One one hand, Id kind of like to try some members only stuff out, but on the other maybe I should just train f2p skills, but in the faster members only ways. tl;dr - Help me decide what to do on my 1 week of membership. My stats - a bit out of date.

xpx
I'd say that the only skill drastically different in members than it is in free play is prayer, so i'd suggest you'd put as much time and money into that while you can, but i doubt you'd have too much money to spend with those stats. Other than that, i'd suggest trying out most of the members minigames, but with low stats, most of them might not be that fun either. I think this belongs in H&A. First to 99 Farming on 27. Big_Stingman
Are there any mid level (around 80) monsters that give good drops? Ankous drop decent drops in P2P, and cockroach soldiers as well. If you are going to kill ankous, try to get a salve amulet from the quest. I would try out slayer though if I were you with a combination of some quests. Whatever you do, make sure to have some fun. :)

To the OP: Although, train prayer if you can in members. It is in fact extremely better XP than F2P.
Troacctid
Prayer for sure. Save up some money in F2P and spend it in P2P with a gilded altar. Get 43 at the minimum. Runecrafting would be worth getting to 50 as well if you can manage it, and you could also try some ranged or magic. jasignhagj
Thanks for the advice. I'll probably try out slayer, do some quests and try some minigames. Not sure about the prayer though, I only have about 300k in my bank right now, and I don't play enough to get more quickly.
Shauly
Honestly I'd wait till your skills are higher, but if you were to go run and do it now, do Fletching or Agility probably.
BBK
If I was in your position I'd try to get all member skills to 30 in that week so they are ranked on hiscores. It should be easily doable in a week I would think

Quyneax
so you might as well bite the bullet while the iron is hot. So to speak. This is a pun... I think. Bullets are made of lead though. Are you referring to the barrel? That would indicate the bullet was just shot. If you can bite a speeding bullet, I suggest you start a circus act. OT, I agree. Nifflin
If you have any gaming console a years membership is cheaper then a new game (a good one), I can for sure say that I play RS more then any of my xBox games and certainly more then some of the games I've spent 60$ on that turned out crappy. Basically if you spend money on console games there is no reason you shouldn't on RS unless you don't play that much. PM me in game anytime It's a lot easier then that for an idiot to sound smart on the internet. That's exactly what you're doing right now... just saying.
