Coincidentally, I died twice today from carelessness, and I noticed this.

I think if it was always like that, it wouldn't bother so much by now. o:

I remember the days when dying meant automatically losing all but your best 3 items... which makes my point: be happy you at least have a CHANCE of getting your stuff back now.

 

That's really got nothing to do with this. This nested menu update is everywhere, not just when you die. And it truly is the worst interface they've ever implemented. There's no excuse for poor design. At all.

Oh, my bad. Yea, that looks bad. I haven't been anywhere where the nested menus have come into play since they were released and thus didn't realize the scope of the suckage they represent. I thought it was a rant that they just made it take a little longer to recover items from gravestones... Now I see that it's a rant that the nested menus just simply phail. In that respect, yea, I agree.
