(I'm thinking of making a 10 hp quester on the side). In order to complete the tutorial you need to pick between receiving level 4 mining or woodcutting. This means that accounts with level 1 mining and woodcutting are essentially discontinued in "real" Runescape outside of the tutorial. While I'm positive I've got some of these accounts their names have long faded from memory. Do you think in the future we will see people billing 1 mine 1 wc accounts as rare? And do you own one? Say... 20M more between that time and the new tutorial and you've got 150M accounts made. So even if 1% of accounts have 1 WC and Mining (not unreasonable to assume seeing as there are gazillions of pures who don't train skills) then there are still 1.5M accounts with 1 Mining / Wc. We have made posts on Maxed Forums about it and initially they were just locked and we were told Jagex didn't want us discussing it even on those forums, if one is made now it's just deleted or curiously disappear...
