Jadinko hunting

1. I'm 70 hunter, is jadinko hunting better than chins/red sallies/anything else? What is the fastest exp?

2. What is the best way to set up traps? In a line or a cross?

3. Are scentless potions worth it?

1. Yes, I think you can make roughly 70k xp/hr on common jadinko's.

2. Depends on area.

3. Yes.

I should really finish that guide

Scentless, probably worth it if you have the herbs. Getting the seconds is easy enough, and 70 hunt isn't exactly high when you're catching 70 hunt creatures. I find that I fail pretty often at 72 hunt with a bear.

Don't know about 1 or 2 but jadinkos offer seed drops which are useful for juju farming potions etc.

I'm 71 hunting myself and hunting jadinkos.

Its definately not as fast as salamanders, however, it is worth it because i plan on using the seeds from them as im going to be using various juju potions extensively, so despite the slower XP it saves me time later on from collecting seeds.

You of course need to ask yourself if you have need of the seeds, if you do, i would stay with jadinkos. If you don't, red salamanders are probably the best until a bit higher.

i heard scentless potions dont last for 5 minutes like other potions.

I was told that they smoke the traps that are already up, then immediately wear off.

if so yeah they suck.

I was hunting draconic jadinkos and getting 175k xp/hour

then i started using arctic bear and i started getting about 210k xp/hour.

jadinkos are truly beast.

The Warrior did some more testing and found out that they do last for 5 minutes.

Catching penguins is actually faster than Red Salamanders by quite a bit, at my level I can easily get 90k xp an hour with an Arctic Bear and full camo etc.

I did pengs up to 65, but switched to salamanders because i can alch them with a minor loss, which saves money/or dropping.
