I didn't realise that I voted "yes" by clicking vote now. -.- I didn't really even get a chance to think about it... Free trade would be nice, and I never really took part in the wildy, no matter what state it was in, but I'm not sure it's worth all the issues that came with it. As more of a skiller, bots completely ruined everything I loved about the game. :( This vote seems *really* unfair too. You can put in ANY name that existed at some time?? Reallly?? This isn't a fair poll at all.

This is a stunt; it's let me vote twice.

It actually lets you vote an infinite number of times if you just keep spamming f5.

The poll is either 1) immaterial as other people have suggested 2) broken and destined to repoll 3) ????? 4) PROFIT!

Same here. I can only see it being bad for the game should it happen.

Reacting impulsively and saying what's on your mind feels oh so good.. for a little, until you realize you just started WWIII.

Not going to waste my time voting. i am sure it's already clear what the Community think about this. I am sure 80% of the people are happy this is happening because now they have a reason to hack that friend who's password they just happen to know. Now they can help their friend with a skill/quest/firecape and actually get rewarded for it.
Luckily this update will have no affect on me as i can easily acquire every item i need in RS. So even if this does have a negative affect on the "economy" i won't be touched by it.

Sadly, if this happens junk trading will be a thing of the past making Zammy GWD mostly a waste of time.

Wow, I hope people vote yes (I just cast my vote). Bringing back free trade and the wilderness does have foreseable problems, however if jagex can pull it off without the threat of real world trading threatening runescape's future (this being the reason they enacted these changes in the first place) this could lead to great things for runescape and jagex. People quit over these changes and those that didn't grudgingly adapted to them.

If free trade were to come back, the grand exchange would become optional. With manipulation clans abusing the ge mechanics as well as certain items being worth more or less in player's eyes than what the GE says it's worth, it would have to be a good thing (imagine, no more needing to junk trade to get or sell that party hat or divine spirit shield without someone getting shortchanged).

Pvp and Bounty worlds never could recapture the essence of what made the wilderness the pvp experience that it was. In f2p pvp worlds, good luck finding anyone in deep wilderness alot of action is in cities like varrock and falador where the person you're beating can just run to a safespot well before you can get the kill.

For the those that are too busy creaming themselves with excrement in anticipation of wildy coming back, you may want to read the bottom of the page specifically where it says
"* Guinness World Records. Copyright 2010 Jagex Games Studio Ltd. All rights reserved."
Have fun voting though

Add me to that list, too.

I find it deucedly strange that you cannot vote "no" and yet anyone can vote "yes" on your behalf ...

Looks like a rigged vote to me.

The biggest issue I have with this is they're going to leave safe pvp in the game while bringing back dangerous pvp. Forever a minigame, we clans are, apparently.

Oh well.

WTF there is only "yes" vote ... I wanted to vote "no" and I assumed that by clicking vote it would then redirect me to another page where I could vote yes/no ... at least 10% of the 107k votes are confused people.

That's how I feel...I accidentally voted yes because I thought I was logging in to vote...nope, just enter a name...click the vote button...and that means you voted yes...
You know there's going to be those idiots out there who just go down the highscores list entering in names...
It's a real shame...this is such a bad idea... -.-

I think it's obvious what's happening here. They've lost so much money that they have no choice but to change everything back. Jagex has already made the decision to bring everything back. This lopsided vote is just a clever ploy to make everyone think they're finally listening to their players. I support the wilderness and free trade coming back, but I don't like how they're going about this.

I really don't want this. However, I accidentally voted. Thought you had to type your name and press vote, then you'd get a whole bunch of questions.

Oh well.

It also tells you to create an account and vote if you don't have one and it has links to all the major social networking sites. I'm starting to think this is more of a publicity stunt than anything else or Jagex really didn't think the poll through. Don't get me wrong I'm all for a poll about it, but in this format it's somewhat unfair.
