Casual Retired Player Looking Clan/Group

Hi I'm just a retired player coming back looking for a group of people to play/talk with. I've been playing on and off for the past couple years not really knowing what to do anymore. I'm just looking for a Clan preferably with an average age close to mine (23) or older.

 

I originally started playing back in 2000 or 2001 just after they dropped the Party Hats. Was a member of a clan called "Clan of the Black Dragon" back in classic. Then founded "Runite Legion" after Runescape 2 was released, after that clan fizzled a little, me and a group of ladies from the guild made a small Skilling guild (when that became the thing to do) called "Death by Skillers". I was co-founder/web admin for these two guilds pretty much up until I graduated High School in 2005.

 

Now I'm just bored looking for something to kill time after work, while my fiancée is at work, we're on separate shifts now. I'm moving to a new, better, apartment toward the end of February, excited about that.

 

Other hobbies include, music, paintball, and I'm looking to start skydiving with my fiancee in May. We saw this video for Wingsuits a while back and it looks really fun, but most places require that you have sky diving license and 200+ jumps within the last previous 18 months, sooo thats a feat in itself.

It might seem silly, I know; but you would be amazed at how many people join and then complain that they didn't ever know when an event was taking place.

To prevent that and to get to know other members of the clan, staying active in our in-game clan chat is a must.

Our clan chat is 'The_Rs_Rebel', and members are expected to be in it whenever they're on RuneScape.

You are allowed to leave the chat in certain situations (e.g. checking up on a merchant chat, moving chats for an event, etc), but generally you should be in the clan chat while on RuneScape.

As a member of TRR, it is your responsibility to periodically check up on the clan forums.

This is important for many reasons, the least of which is so you can stay updated on clan news and important announcements.

Many members choose to bookmark the forums - Forum Index - and simply check up on them quickly before or after logging into RuneScape.

Posting on the forums is a necessary part of becoming involved with our clans community, and promotions are often based on how active clan members are on the forums.

Hello BuckSeaw. I would like to invite you to join The Gladiatorz. One of our requirements is 110+ F2p CB. We do a variety of events including safe CW and risked PvP, also we host a large amount of events such as GWD Barbarian Assault and Barrows, just to name a few.

 

We are the fourth oldest clan and many of us have played this game since the beginning of RS2 and have seen the changes that the wild and the game in general has undergone, giving us an upper hand as free trade and the old wild is released next month.

well the id say the average age is 20ish in bse so thats about your age :P

Hey there, I'd invite you to check out Ancient Legion. We've been around for over three years, but after a period of inactivity, we've just started in the last week or two getting back up to our usual standards. We're really looking for solid members like you to help make AL all we know it can be, and since we're going nowhere but up, it's a great time to be involved in the clan. I myself had been retired for more than a year but chose to come back because it really is a good time for the clan.

 

We offer warring at least once almost every weekend, and although we take our warring seriously, we also have all sorts of events (from PvM to fun events to contests) throughout the week. Most of all, we offer a friendly and mature community that will treat you as an individual, not as just another CC item, and we have our very own private Teamspeak 3 channel to enhance communication amongst our members.

Seems you have quite the intense life style. Sky diving's always seemed to me like something that looked extremely fun but then when I would get to the point where I would be about to jump I'd chicken out. Anyway, it sounds like Red Blade Hunters are the perfect clan for you. Our main focus is f2p cwa warring but we have tons of other events mixed in. Were pretty casual, nothing is required attendance unless your online during a war. Any questions?
