I have 70 construction and would like to build a gilded altar to train my prayer later on; I don't have the crystal saw though..is there a way to get my construction up to 75 so I can build the gilded altar? Alright; I can't access most quest guides because they are blocked at the moment for me ;) Luckily tip it forums still work.My questions is.
