Mr_Adam
Any ideas as to why my download speeds are so slow? I'm coming in at 50 kb/s when before I could make it up to 2 mb/s, and downloading small files in minutes as opposed to seconds. I have a wired connection. Also, I've been able to play games online, and my internet seems to be as quick as normal - downloads seem to be the only thing effected. Also, the Crysis 2 demo failed to run, citing my network connection. Thanks!
The Observer
Try turning on and off your modem for 30 seconds. It sometimes helps.
Lord Diddy
To check if its your modem use, see what kind of results you get. As said above try restarting your modem.www.pingtest.netwww.speedtest.net Try switching, or updating your current browser it might be bottle-necking it. jasignhagj
Check speed test. If it's slower than it should be, and you use a router, try a direct connection from your modem to PC. If that doesn't make a difference, call your ISP.
