Gathering points is quite slow.. Hoped it would go faster.

Back to agility it is!

 

EDIT: I just realised this is just a new version of the mage training arena in Al Kharid. Casting spells in a minigame and doing it for ages for a small reward.

30 sec cooldown on the shield? imo it should be more than 30 seconds

 

 

and yay i thought veng group would let you veng a group, thank god it isnt

The food spell seems almost immortal at waterfiends now. Imagine, if the bunyip's ability stacks with the spell, you can theoretically camp at waterfiends for waaaay longer. Disruption shield/group veng officially puts an end to groupers/rushers, especially during wars/pvp.

I doubt you can use it on uncooked food.. And the special of the bunyip "eats" the food already (so you can't cast it on the food anymore).

 

and I'm honestly wondering if it's worth it at waterfiends in ancient caverns (takes about 20 seconds to go to bank & come back?)

vengeance group is a bit a missed oppurtinity.. I hoped it would allow 1 person to place vengeance on multiple people at once!

 

hmm this veng thing is badly worded. It seems as though it will apply veng to a group around u imo thou

^ Veng Group causes your vengeance to rebound onto the group around you. It's a self vengeance that affects a group.

 

The food spell seems almost immortal at waterfiends now.

If you had soul split you're already immortal at waterfiends :rolleyes:

Graphical

 

 

Prissy Scilla is once again female!

Some missing ground in Trollheim has been replaced.

 

 

 

Audio

 

 

Ilfeen will no longer leave sound effects behind when she teleports away.

 

 

 

Quests and Tasks

 

 

The Ardougne Tasks rewards will no longer be dropped on the floor if the player doesn't have enough inventory space to take them.

The Spiritual Beast fight in Summer's End has been altered to stop the beast from occasionally disappearing.

Pets no longer wander off during a certain part of Prisoner of Glouphrie.

Familiars no longer walk on water during the Haunted Mine quest.

A Clockwork Syringe no longer appears as started in all Adventurers Logs.

The Christmas and Halloween events no longer appear in Adventurers Logs.

Braindeath no longer rearranges banks when taking a fishbowl helmet and backpack from players banks.

 

 

Activities and Distractions

 

 

It is no longer possible to withdraw items from a Stealing Creation familiar when hiding in fog.

 

 

 

Miscellaneous

 

 

Players will no longer be restricted when picking up big bones after trading.

Rantz no longer tells players that they have no inventory space after successfully giving the player a bow.

A grammatical error has been fixed when speaking to Elof in the Artisans Workshop.

It is no longer possible to get Agility XP on a free world when climbing a ladder in the Wilderness.

Players can no longer attempt to escort the wounded man to Xenia if Xenia is in the Lumbridge Catacombs.

The ring of wealth teleport now works in up to level 30 Wilderness.

The tribal weapon seller in the Ranging Guild no longer walks over the side of the tents.

Cyclopes no longer spawn in the walls in the Warriors Guild.

Banked prayer urns no longer prevent ashes from dropping.

The sunbed strewn leprechaun at Trollheim can no longer be walked through.

The RuneFest flagstaff can no longer be placed through buildings or walls.

The Runecrafting skillcape has been moved from Aubury onto a new character at the Runecrafting Guild in the Wizards Tower.

The brackish blades wield requirement is now compared to your base Attack stat, not current (so you cant boost just to wield it).

The brackish blade's special attack now works correctly when lent.

Also not to hard to maximise points, on each 'round'

Fertilise 3 patches

Cure 3 plants

Fix 2 fence spots.

 

Then every 2/3 rounds you also have to lots of livid to bundle up and pauline to energise.

Quite easy even with mild lag to do it all before it advances and thus maximise xp.

 

Just need mud staff and lots of laws, nats and astrals

This is going to take forever to actually get anything. Just over 5k points atm.

 

Really? You mean Jagex wants us to GRIND it out for petty XP?!?!?! :blink:

It's not even the XP. The most expensive spell costs 829k tokens. I think you could get maybe 20k tokens an hour (that number could be off, but it seems around that, maybe even less). Just seen that when you unlock a spell you don't lose the points, so it'll take ~40 hours to unlock all the spells, that not *too* bad then.

 

That's not taking into account how many runes you'll need to get it. You'll get about 20k farming xp/hour, 8k crafting, 5k agility and about 5k construction so it's not even a whole lot of that either.

lets just hope this is another dungeoneering where they used the old formulas and forgot to put the newer, much more reasonable values in.
