Hati gloves and sacred clay coif

Hi Folks,

 

Does the Hati glove bonus stack with the sacred clay coif bonus? i.e., will I get 300% bonus? And does anyone know how long/ how much xp the SC coif lasts?

They dont stack with sacred clay. and 34k xp before it degrades.
