Sure, we all know Nintendo's games have a special charm and many of them are console sellers in their own right, but it's still an issue that needs addressing. Perhaps there's scope for them to produce a console that allows them to experiment with new ideas and concepts like usual, but provides enough conventionality for third party developers to produce a game that follows a tried and tested formula, which they know will sell commercially and make money. I worked out that there'd be no Valve announcements at E3, especially considering they don't even have a stall this year. Oh well. I've still got some mapping on P2 to do, so that'll keep me interested. I guess Soul Calibur 5, AC: Revelations and Skyrim are sure to keep me entertained throughout 2012. We know nintendo will announce the new console and develop on the 3Ds line up. We know Sony will demo all the exclusives it has been revealing throughout the year aswell as hype up the NGP. But Microsoft? We only know a couple of games that are coming, such as Gears, and that there's a rumour on Halo 1 HD. Maybe they'll also demo MW3, but apart from that we know literally nothing.
