This log is SOLO ONLY and does not include the 100+ duo kills i have also done. In this time i have seen 4 shard drops. Am i getting extremely unlucky, or is this a normal occurence? I would love to know. Thankyou. EDIT: Since making this post, I have killed a further 250 demons, with no drop. I would love to know if any one else on these forums has experienced a dry period like this? I'm sure i dont have to talk to to someone/do something before the demons drop claws. Any reassurance would be greatful! Thanks :) EDIT: At around ~1500 kills i got this: WEW! Thanks for everyones help and advice. This shows that sticking to yor goals really does pay off! Zaaps1 Posted April 25, 2011 Share Posted April 25, 2011 Assuming the figure of 1/256 is correct, the chances of you killing up to 1100 tormented demons and not getting a claw drop is 1.89%. (If you count your 100 duo kills, it's a 1.5% chance.) Which is rather rare, but not at all hard to believe. Just gotta keep at it ;) ~It's Super Effective! (very important)3. welfare tds and get claws4. kill glacors til i get boots5. bandos ffa or more tds til i have around 50m6. realize that it is far too hard to rebuild using steps 3, 4, and 57. give up the vow to never stake again8. go back staking and make your bank back9. if you failed at step #8, Go back to step #110. if you succeed at step #8, you will eventually feel the need to make money for rich people stuff, have a bad day of staking, then get cleaned anywaysPain is just weakness leaving the body.
