Zanik Crossbow special max hit?

What's the max hit with Zaniks Crossbow special in castle wars with:

 

-Rigour

-Intricate plate, legs, shield castle wars armor (profound isn't really humanly possible for normal people)

-Extreme Ranging potion

-Opponent with at least Armadyl chestplate, chainskirt and protect from melee prayer

 

This is pretty normal to figure out for anyone who can, and it's not an extremely rare circumstance to see the max hit. Also, just curious, do nex armors take even more damage than armadyl?

Probably in the low 500s or high 400s.

I haven't used zaniks crossbow since the damage splat update.

If the special records as a range hit then the pernix armour will soak more damage than armadyl.

wiki says it maxes 600+. this is with the norm hit + the 150 extra damage no idea if this is with ext range and rigour though so it might be much more

 

i thought the opp had to have a combined total of 15 prays/ god armors for the extra hit to be 150 by now reading the kb and wiki it looks like it only has to be 1 (makes alot more sense to)

Assuming you will use rapid, you're talking a max of 401 before armour and special. The armour would add 20% for a max of 481 before special.

The special will add at least 60 damage, more if your target is also using, say, augury or turmoil, and more if the Castle Wars cloaks also count. I don't know if the armour affects the bonus damage, but I think not.

 

Then finally if you use a castle wars bracelet you get another 20% damage versus flag bearers, which is a max of 561 or 577, depending on how bracelet and armour stack (they do stack right?).

 

Then soak is added which will reduce a hit of 600 to a hit of about 560 (10% soak).

 

Should be noted that hand cannons will fire at the same speed and max at 522 on rapid, and though you can't use the armour with it it's a hell lot more accurate.

was just playing a castle wars game today, and i defend using zanik's cbow, found this thread and posting my results:

 

-detailed decorative cwars armor (15%)

-rigour (20%)

-castle wars brace (20%)

- zanik's crossbow with adamant bolts

 

i hit a 620....not a critical hit, wish he was at full lps so i could see.

- add potions and profound cwars armor and that should give you a better clue
