Mr_Adam
I need to copy over a lot of files from my iPod to my computer, but I don't want to just copy-paste the files, because I'll have a lot of duplicates and it can get unorganised fast. Is there any free program that can help me with this?
Guy
By files, I presume you mean music. You can't take songs off an iPod using itunes or any apple software - they don't allow it. I doubt you'll find programs that will selectively rip from iPod, although I have no experience so you may well do. Mr_Adam
All set! Got Pod to PC from CNet - It actually seems like a really useful program, but the free version only does 10 songs and then there's an ad for a minute. But I'd pay, if used it more. Thanks! Racheya
I used Yamipod once: http://www.yamipod.com/main/modules/home/ Great free program, but I don't know if it works with newer iTunes. I had problems a while back where it wouldn't and I haven't downloaded it for a while, but it might be worth trying. I edit for the [Tip.It Times]. I rarely write in [My Blog]. The Observer
I used a program called 'iRip', but it's limited to 100 songs before you have to buy it.
