Zombie monkeys on ape atoll.

Neitz helm

salve (e)

Beserker ring

Fire cape

whip

d-defender

prossy top and bottom

barrows gloves.

Spend the money on 70 prayer so you can use piety. Use the best combat familiar you can.

Finally. Get 70 prayer, suck it up and do slayer. The above gets you the best powertraining exp in the game but no charms, no effigies, and no slayer exp.

Train on waterfiends for charms. Or frost dragons / some dragons for money. Or slay for slay xp + charms + some money.

Pure melee xp is pretty wasteful, but undead is the fastest. Dharoking skele monkeys under ape atol is best if you don't have rapier afaik.

And yes, spend the money on 70 prayer. Very useful.

Guys, the next persons to suggest slayer only gets an official warning, right? If the OP asks for no slayer, he gets no slayer.

OT: Dharoking is best, ape atoll skeletons will offer high xp rates. 70 prayer is highly recommended.

If you're reasonably close to getting a soul wars cape that's nice to have (unless you already have a fire cape). Use dragon boots, barrows gloves, a salve amulet (e) (be sure to get this, it's crucial!) and a berserker ring.

Could also do spiders in the Stronghold of Security. I've done most of my melee training there on the 1500+ worlds, it's not as bad as regular worlds.
