civie
Point 1. One of my goals on the short-term is cremating 500 Vyrewatch Corpses. Can anyone help me with a good setup for this? Preferably budget. I've tried Basic Melee but I ran out of food after ~7 kills (way to few).I've tried Void Melee and could kill 15 per inventory with Super Set (including Defense), sometimes getting a few (2, 3) more. Food of choice is currently Monkfish, but I can upgrade to Sharks if needed, though there is a bank nearby (huray!) Point 2. Got a Blue Dragon Task of ~200 dragons. What is the best place to slay them (Kuradal Task) and bank the Bones AND Hides? Or should I just block them? And what is better, ranged (Black D'hide + Rune XBow + Broad Bolts) or melee (Basic Melee + Whip + DFS) Level 99's[hide]Mining level 99 achieved November 2010Smithing level 99 achieved February 2011Fishing level 99 achieved April 2011Cooking level 99 achieved May 2011[/hide]Goals[hide][/hide]Drops:Miscellanious: 1x Draconic Visage , 5x Focus Sight, 3x Abbysal Whip Offering Effigy Assistance in Herblore, Crafting. a7x_fan_4eva
For your second question, the best place to kill blue dragons is cannoning them in the resource dungeon in taverly. Bank the bones/ hides using a war tort. As you have 86 herb, you should use zamorakian spear/ korasis sword + d def/ leaf bladed sword + d def using super anti fires. 14 Skills at 99 All Skills 85+ 2370+ Total 3058 Glacor Kills 326 Shards of Armadyl 1 Ragefire 1 Glaiven 2 Steadfast 33 Effigys 17 Abyssal Whips 5 Staff of Light 5 Dark Bows 40 Dragon Boots 16 Polypore Sticks62 Barrow Items 6 Pharah Sceptres 117 Effigys
LitterBug
i don't know about vyrewatches for dragons: use melee - bring a dragon defender and some anti fire potions (supers if you want to level it up)the fastest place is probably taverley dungeon (the DG) area but I don't know if this is true anymore or not with all the bots If you're going to bank all the bones + hides - you can probably get a full inventory off of a normal dragonfire potion + 5 monkfishes max
brunokiller
just use pray vs vyrewatch, also if you use decent armour you can just run to the bank. My blog

JPMC Mate
^ Then kill in her Dungeon. Really? Cause as I recall it was you who was the one cussing me at base. Also, re-read what you just said: one 15 second delay (which is an exaggeration to begin with) ruins floor times? You are beyond ridiculous. LitterBug
its cheap - speeds up your kills and produces a profit. not going there is like going there without a weapon. on another note whip > korasi/leaf bladed for blue dragonstheir defence is low enough that the added accuracy/str bonus from a whip is better then their "weakness" to stab.really - the only place you would might want to use a korasi/leaf bladed over a whip might be at steel/mithrils (not even sure if this is true)
Quyneax
For vyrewatch, I wear Bandos/fury/firecape etc. with the flail and pray turmoil, eee keeps health and defence up, yak stores prayer & banks corpses. If it's a long term goal it's worth getting some or all of these to speed matters up a bit. Budget setup would be elite void melee with protect from melee, piety and a pure set. Kill the 110s mainly and relax, it's really slow and simple. Articultural
When I was finishing off my last 200 Vyrewatch kills I used void melee and Turmoil, flashing SS when I needed HP, and using Overloads + EEE spec. I used a yak to bank the Vyres as well, but if you don't have one just run from Burgh De Rott. Praying melee might be an easier option that flashing SS if you're lower Defence too. Avatar200
Regarding blue dragons, Kuradal's were faster for me cause it's empty. Since I was 2-3 hitting them (rapier + fero + piety + exts), I'd fill up inventory and tort within 1 dose super-antifire (~5 minutes). I just made sure I'm alone there, since I'd need 3-4 spawns (~1k worlds). Taverley is too packed. You might get lucky and have 2 spawn points to yourself though. aspeeder
Back when I killed vyrewatches around your levels (No high pray or herb, low 90's melee) I brought a bunyip, a super set, a spec wep. (I forget which, but decide whether you need healing or dps when you're there), and an entire invy of monks. I'd be eating around one monk for every kill, trying to get the lower leveled vyres, and it worked out pretty well. Just bring tanking gear, no prayers required, though piety and such would almost certainly speed up your kills there I can't advise about it since that's not the method I used.
